Extremely joyful, and in order to make the continuum of all sentient beings become that nature, it is the accomplishment of the reality of mantra. The special place that is in accordance with that very yoga is, as spoken of by names such as the Great Solitary Place, because there is the saying, "Samsara is the root of existence." Therefore, the desire itself for the form of a woman, which is situated at the center of the wheel of samsara, is called the Great Solitary Place, because it is pervaded by thorns of desire and so forth. Through the complete practice of the path of skillful means, that itself is transformed into the path of complete enlightenment, as it is said: "For one who truly sees the meaning, samsara itself is nirvana." That itself, because it is free from the thorns of desire and so forth, is a pure vidyā. That most perfect place is the location, called Dharma Origin. Like the བྷ་ག་, because it is able to generate the particularly excellent assembly of vidyās of the vajra family, it is extremely solitary. That itself, because it is the nature of great bliss without movement, is a mountain. Because those of inferior intention who have entered other vehicles are unable to enter, it is like a terrifying abyss. "On the banks" means those who abide on the banks of skillful means and wisdom that are truly united with that. "Always accomplishment" means that the aspect of great bliss of the equality of mind continuously arises, meaning that one will obtain that and be transformed into the nature of that. Guru Padmasambhava also said in the Letter of Wisdom: "Pervaded by thorns of desire," etc., explaining that the form of a woman itself is desire. In order to show the supreme yoga of complete accomplishment, it is the Great Vajra Accomplishment. If, as it is said, one practices with the four vajras, what will happen? As it is said, "Three bodies," etc., possessing the three joys of Dharma and complete enjoyment, and the nature of the Nirmāṇakāya, and through the yoga born from the blessings of body, speech, and mind, the yogi will be able to accomplish.

It means "transformation." When should one practice the yoga of the deities? It is said, "In the four periods," and so on. From the midpoint of the period near dawn to the midpoint of the day is the first period. The end of the second period is the second. From the remaining hours of the day to the end of the night hours is the third. From the midpoint of the night period and the second period to the end of the third period is the fourth period. In these periods, the generation stage yoga of accomplishing the recitation practice with the four vajras is well combined in the four periods, and that is how it is. For the practitioner of the second stage who constantly abides with the pride of having no beginning or end, there is no fixed time, so the four goddesses, such as Buddha Eye, are called the four periods. How is it a period? A period is an object, the great bliss of the nature to be indicated, and because it is individually cognized by the arrows such as intoxication arising from the five desirable qualities, it is a period. The one who combines well, that is, combines perfectly with those. In order to show the well-combined itself, it is said, "The one with intelligence," and so on. It is said that the yogi who abides in the samadhi of the aspect of great desire, having absorbed all the wisdom deities such as the Tathagatas into his own body, extracts those who have completely transformed into the form of goddesses such as Buddha Eye, and thereby summons them for the benefit of all sentient beings who have the conduct of desire, and having absorbed them into the body of his consort, extracts the four, such as Buddha Eye, and abides in the center of the mandala of the four mudras abiding in the four directions, and being endowed with perfect union, pleases them through the nature of the five Tathagatas, and should not allow the state of supreme joy to pass by even slightly. Then, the goddesses are also awakened by being urged by the four songs of urging, and it is shown that they will act for the benefit of all beings. In the eighteenth chapter it says: By the very nature of great desire, Having gathered the wheel of wisdom, Having emanated into nine kinds of consorts, Place them in the body to be cultivated. The four mudras are emanations.
