Because from among the unspeakable, the necessary meanings, such as mantras and vajras, are selected and stated. In the eleventh chapter, the mantras and accomplishments of these are also mentioned. Therefore, it should be understood that they should be placed on the aggregates as they are. The commentary on the fourth chapter is complete. Fifth, the commentary on the chapter of the supreme of universal conduct. After the vase empowerment, since it is necessary to bestow the ultimate vows and precepts of vajra conduct, it is the chapter of the supreme of universal conduct. From then on, the Tathagata and others declared it. All conduct is the nature of worldly and transworldly generosity and discipline, etc. Its excellence lies in the conduct of yoga, and the meaning of the dharma of the nature of conduct is suchness, and the Bhagavan with this nature declared it. "Non-discrimination" and so on, should be connected with "accomplishing." The supreme great bliss free from all faults of discrimination is the meaning of non-discrimination. Arising from that. Named "desire, hatred, ignorance family," etc. Desire is the lotus family. Hatred is the vajra family. Ignorance is the Tathagata family. Named "supreme vehicle" means: becoming the chief of all vehicles. It is the one who shows the means of purifying desire and so on. Precisely because of this, there is nothing more supreme than this, so it is unsurpassed. Named "accomplishing" means: thus accomplishing the three families of the nature of Amitabha and so on in the continuum of the yogi. If asked: Does it only accomplish a little? Therefore it is said: Named "accomplishment" means accomplishing meaningfully. Named "most excellent" means the Mahamudra of the jewel family. This shows that the three families of purified desire and so on are the progenitors of all families. Among them, the purification of desire is definitive wisdom, and the collection of words that show this meaning is the wisdom that follows words.

. Its nature is immeasurable light. Jealousy is completely distinguished by hatred. Its pure nature is Amoghasiddhi. The supreme pure nature of ignorance everywhere in the basis of matter is Ratnasambhava. The cause of perfect enlightenment is only the superior understanding of complete purity in all aspects, not lineage etc. Therefore, it is said that the so-called evil lineage etc. should be connected with "will be accomplished." The word "etc." should be understood as referring to swords etc. that are malicious, violent, and do unpleasant things. Considering poison, weapons, traps, and nets etc. with the reason of killing deer etc., and thinking day and night about the methods of implementing these, are the Bodhisattvas with the desire to kill. They also obtain the correct key points through the door of pleasing the virtuous friend, and through the power of practice, they will not be contaminated by those faults, and those who desire the manifestation of immovability etc. will also be accomplished. It is said: By whatever unpleasant actions, beings are bound, by the means of those, they will be liberated from the bondage of existence. It is said. The so-called sentient beings of immediate retribution etc., killing father, killing mother, killing Arhat, and dividing the Sangha, and causing the Tathagata to bleed with malice, among these five, whichever is done, one will immediately fall into hell after death, therefore it is immediate retribution. Or, it should be explained differently from the door of key points: Because of holding the sentient beings who do unpleasant actions, therefore the evil lineage is the Bhagavan Akshobhya, in order to make them born into their own lineage by truly showing the means of purifying them. The bamboo maker is Vairochana, the ignorant sentient beings are bamboo, in order to make their ignorant continuum in a state of purity and make them grow. The word "etc." refers to Amitabha, Ratnasambhava, and Amoghasiddhi etc., desire

Those who engage in actions of greed, pride, and jealousy are caused to arise in their respective lineages through various methods of taming. The phrase "He is the slayer," and so forth, means that for those who greatly rejoice in killing, the corresponding Bodhisattva is Akshobhya. For those who are universally deluded, the corresponding mind of enlightenment is Vairochana. Similarly, for those who greatly rejoice in greed and so forth, the corresponding minds of enlightenment are Amitabha and others. Māmākī). It indicates that which arises immediately after all the Tathagatas have emerged. The word "etcetera" includes the lords of the mandala, up to the noble Amrita Kundalin. Therefore, it is said "sentient beings," because they have great attachment to the benefit of sentient beings and the nature of the Dharmadhatu. Therefore, the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara, who possesses the nature of complete purity in all aspects, perfects the attainment of enlightenment through the corresponding samadhis for those who are particularly devoted to this and that, which is his conduct. Therefore, even those who commit great sins will be accomplished, and the term "great sins" actually encompasses evil lineages and so forth. In this context, it should be understood that great sins include the five uninterrupted sins and so forth. The statement "evil lineage is Akshobhya" does not mean something unreasonable. As it is said in the Glorious Compendium of All Tantras, the Bhagavan said, "I am a preta," and so forth. If asked, how is the Bhagavan a preta? The answer is: Because he abandons all sins and liberates from samsara, therefore I say that I am a preta, because he makes all dharmas pure. Furthermore, what will not be accomplished? Those who revile the teacher from the heart. Why is this so? Because even a slight deviation of mind towards the great Vajra Master, who is the support of the accumulation of all the qualities of all the Tathagatas and possesses the sacred nature of Bodhicitta, becomes a great transgression that is the cause of falling into hell and other lower realms.
