"All forms of the body are," refers to killing, taking what is not given, and sexual misconduct out of desire, these three. "One acts by arising from Vajra," refers to, because one possesses the yoga of Body Vajra, therefore, the eternal assembly arising from one's own secret Vajra, those with the pride of immeasurable light, having the form of Akshobhya and Vairochana, enter the three realms in order.

Causing bewildered beings to kill and plunder, and allowing them to engage in sexual misconduct. For these beings, too, according to circumstances, one should generate the Bodhisattvas in the form of Akshobhya and Vairochana, and the speech Vajra with an infinite retinue of consorts. Furthermore, the Tathagatas should empower those who dwell in their respective world realms. As it is said: "The realm of beings, at all times, constantly makes the body of the Buddha." The entirety of the actions of speech refers to the four: lying, divisive speech, harsh speech, and idle chatter. These four types of speech are like echoes in a valley, because there is no connection between sound and meaning, therefore they adorn the three realms, making them stainless. The other parts are easy to understand. The Vajra nature of mind, all, refers to extreme attachment to the possessions of others, and the mind that harms others, and the belief that one cannot obtain corresponding results through fire offerings and other actions, etc. These are the three aspects of mind. All of these should be manifested as the nature of the body Vajra, etc., benefiting others, and making their inherent luminosity manifest. Vajra is the ultimate Bodhicitta, and because it is held with steadfast intention, it is called Vajradhara, that is, the practitioner. The words "indestructible Vajra" and so on, are simply to be understood. In order to perfect beings, he shows the indestructible samaya, therefore he is called Samayasattva Vajra, that is, glorious Vajrasattva. All Vajras contemplate the Tathagatas, etc., with their essence and names, the samaya with the nature of awareness and protection is the mantra samaya of all Vajras. What is indicated by the words "Buddha" and so on, is that for the images depicted in the form of lines, etc., and the objects that actually appear before one's eyes through the blessing of one's own merit, the practitioner should diligently practice day and night, and should not prostrate through the gates of body, speech, and mind. If one prostrates, what fault will occur? Therefore, it is said in the sutra that one will become inauspicious.
