The so-called "disease" refers to scabies, tinea, and leg tinea, etc. It can be eliminated by mere thought. The phrase "It can be eliminated by mere thought" is explained as follows: Just like the immediate past, because one possesses the yoga of immeasurable light residing in one's own center, one should visualize on the right hand a white lotus with eight petals arising from the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), with the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) emitting five rays of light at its center. Through the act of washing with it and holding a fist, one should gather the blackness and place it into the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A). "When urging, it is like white" means that through the urging of reciting the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), one should visualize the poison disappearing and becoming white; this is its meaning. "The place of meditation is this secret" refers to what was just said. Because it is the generation stage of cultivating wisdom, it is a wisdom emanation. Because it is extremely secret, it is a great secret. Healing internal and external diseases is spoken of in phrases such as "Regarding this," because it is the attainment of irreversible, pleasing, wise, and protective qualities, such as an incorruptible body, etc., it is the lettered words of the Vajra Essence mantra. "The lettered words are whatever is desired" refers to visualizing oneself as being exactly the same as any of the Buddhas such as Vairochana from "Jina Jik (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" etc., who are pleased by faith that obtains unerring qualities. "By the vajra urging of disease" refers to visualizing, on the moon in the center of the heart of one's own wisdom Bodhisattva, that one is urged by the rays of light arising from the essence of "Jina Jik (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" etc., appearing as the form of a dog, monkey, or preta, naked, arising from one's own body, speech, and mind. Visualize a wheel or anything else pervaded by a chain of burning emblems of the three families. "The vajra position abides" refers to possessing that yoga, therefore "through it" refers to visualizing the emblems such as the wheel held in one's hand burning, and the diseases as described before destroying body, speech, and mind into powder and turning them to ashes. From then on, etc., until complete perfect enlightenment.

From one's own body, speech, and mind, etc., it is said that whatever is dependent or independent, permanent, etc., from the wrathful deity with the form of the three families, arising from the sequence of generating all that is blue, or completely contemplate oneself, and in that very way, with the clouds transformed by the wrathful deities such as Vairochana, pervade all ten directions, and contemplate that their diseases shatter the body, speech, and mind into powder, and also by reciting one's own mantra, contemplate that the burning weapon held in one's hand is also reduced to ashes, and destroy it by reciting one hundred and eight times in four sessions, and again contemplate oneself as white, possessing the light of peace, and as it is, the white ones with the aspect of peace who have entered into benefiting, also, as before, with the wisdom water of the vase and the continuity of Bodhichitta, and in the manner of melting, perform the empowerment of oneself entering, within seven days, all diseases arising from karma will also certainly be completely pacified, thus it is taught. Or, from "with my mantra," etc., in that very way, it is taught that one can also destroy it with the yoga of one's own deity, such as the glorious deity, etc., whatever deity it may be. From "this is," etc., it is enough to know. Those who delight in recitation and meditation will see the signs of accomplishment in dreams, therefore, it is said, "from then on," etc., with the wisdom of dream signs, through the means of summoning the desired accomplisher to appear, in order to make it universally manifest in the continuum of sentient beings, the arising of wisdom is great light.
