Those realms of activity, etc., are merely appearances like dreams, and in reality, they are without inherent existence. One should understand this. "The wish-fulfilling jewel," etc., is just for understanding. After that, etc., add "bestow." Having heard of the signs of accomplishment, dreams, etc., and the nature of how to use them, his eyes widened with great joy, and he prayed to glorious Vajradhara as follows. "Whoever," etc., "following" means: those who have the state of following the realm of space and being all-pervasive, they are called that. The Buddha's teachings are powers and fearlessness, etc. "Following" means the meaning of manifestly increasing. "Wonderful" means marvelous. After that, etc., is easy to understand. "The condensed essence of the Vajra accomplishment of all mantras" means the collection of indivisible mantras. When asked where it abides, the Bhagavan said to all the Tathagatas: "Bhagavan," etc., he said, all the accomplishments of mantras, all the Vajras of mantras do not abide in body, speech, and mind. Why is that? This is the question. The answer should come from within, because in ultimate truth, the fruits, etc., and the accomplishments are without inherent existence. However, etc., in conventional truth, having promised that all accomplishments and all the Buddha's teachings abide in one's own body, speech, and mind, in order to clarify it again, he spoke of body, etc., that is completely distinguished by the Bhagavan himself, therefore it should not be explained again. "The commitment of all sentient beings," etc., the great ultimate Bodhicitta of all sentient beings is all minds. That itself is the commitment, because it is the cause of the arising of all deities such as Vajradhara, etc., therefore it is the cause. Therefore, the indivisible essence arises, the nature of the fruit of Samadhi such as Vajradhara, etc., arises.

Therefore, the chapter named "Where All That Is Spoken Of" was taught. Commentary on the fifteenth chapter is completed. Chapter Sixteen: Commentary on the chapter called "Vajra Manifestation of Complete Enlightenment of the Mandala of All Accomplishments." Those who have obtained signs and are approved by the gods should accomplish all accomplishments in their own mandala, and sentient beings must also be made suitable vessels. Therefore, the sixteenth chapter, the chapter on the Vajra Manifestation of Complete Enlightenment of the Mandala of All Accomplishments. "Then," etc., were spoken. The word "again" is because it refers to the collection of the fifteen chapters. For the Tathagata, that is, glorious Vajrasattva. With the words of body, speech, and mind vajra, etc., it is said. "All Tathagatas are peaceful," etc., are common verses, and also, for the meaning of the body mandala, the words of the second verse that show its meaning, and for the meaning of the speech mandala, "Peaceful Dharma meaning truly arises," etc., and similarly, for the meaning of the mind vajra accomplishment mandala, "Great compassion of all sentient beings," etc., and other verses were offered as prayers. What was done? It is said, "Of all the Tathagatas," etc. The jewels of all the Tathagatas are the forms of women with completely pure nature, because, among all Buddhas, "From meaning and all accumulations of jewels, one jewel is supreme, because where there is no value, the jewel of a woman is most pure," as it is said. They increase and expand the offering of supreme joy and bliss through the gate of union with the vajra, therefore, it is the offering of the vajra jewel, and the meaning is that they are truly offered by the assembly, that is, by the goddesses such as the Color Vajra Mother, surrounded by the retinue. Then, etc., of all vajras, that is, the body mandala of all the deities of the families with their own lords is the gold.

It is the mandala of all the Buddhas. Because it destroys all demonic obstacles and beasts, it is a lion. Because it is the cause of attaining Buddhahood and other fruits, it is a vow. Because it is beautiful and bright through the gate of adornment such as the shape of the support and the supported, it is a king. The adornment is the mandala of the body, and the samadhi focused on it is called by its name. The Vajra Body Mandala and others are easy to understand. The following, etc., should be explained by properly distinguishing them. Which one? It is the supreme mandala of the body, because it accomplishes siddhis, it is supreme. The mandala of the mind is very similar. This is like the wisdom emanation mandala mentioned in the first chapter, because its qualities and maturation, as well as its shape, etc., are the same. Because it is common to all the deities, it is supreme. All mandalas are universally supreme. The cubit is a measure of sixteen fingers, referring to each side, or all four sides. Square and even, etc., have already been explained. Of all the Buddhas, this is common to all the deities of the mandala, such as Akshobhya. In the center of which, the Body Vajra is well established, that is the mandala where the Body Vajra is well established. The wheel is that within it, possessing half the measure of the outer mandala, adorned with eight wheel pillars, the inner mandala surrounded by a wheel garland is circular, and should be written with the Vajra ritual. This is the writing ritual of the Mind Vajra Vow Mandala mentioned in the fourth chapter. However, here, as it is the Body Vajra Yoga, all that was done before is completed, and together with the disciple who possesses the Holy Ambrosia Revolving Yoga, it should be written with the ritual of drawing lines, etc. The mandala of practice, in the manner described above, inquire about both Vairochana Buddha and the vessel for the Buddha's descent. Place the mudra in the Vajra place. So on.
