The eight crown jewels of the Vidyadhara Chakravartin, are the empowerments conferred by Konchok Pal. Previously, the specific empowerments such as those of the eyes were shown. Now, the common empowerment of all goddesses is spoken of with "Vidyadhara," etc. Vidyadhara refers to the goddesses such as Rupavajra. The queen refers to the four class goddesses such as the eyes. Their union is the perfect union with their own Tathagatas, etc., that is, with them. "Meditate on Amitayus," is because it is the nature of wisdom arising from sound, and because it is the lord of all vidyas. By his empowerment, they will be pleased. "To all mantras that perform actions," for the noble Amrita Kundali, etc., one should empower with meaningful accomplishment. Also, at the time of accomplishing peaceful and other actions, the yogis of all deities should empower with meaningful accomplishment of the body color that is in accordance with the action, because by the meaningful blessing it will surely be accomplished. All of this is a manifestation of the great Vajradhara, therefore, the common Vajrasattva empowerment of all deities is also spoken of with "All mantras are in themselves," etc. With whatever mantras, the lineage of yakshinis that are famous from other tantras, that is, the arrangement of forms, etc., is done in that way. For the meaning of the crown empowerment of the embodied yakshinis generated by mantras, one should meditate only on the noble Yamari because he is the lord. "All mantras are in themselves," refers to all the deities abiding in the true union just spoken of. "From the crown, invoking auspiciousness" means that on their crowns, the stream of bodhicitta arising from the universal invocation of vajra and lotus, is empowered by this. "Auspiciousness" means accomplishing the desired siddhis. Because it shows the samaya that should not be transgressed for the sake of siddhis, it is the great samaya, that is, the glorious Vajrasattva. Contemplation wheel.ོ་འདི་ཡིས་ནི། ། means that the deities of the mandala have been empowered. སྔགས་མཉེས་བྱེད་པའི་འཁོར་ལོ་དག ། means the wheel that pleases the deities. དེ་ཉིད་ནི། དམ་ཚིག་ཆེན་པོ་སྒྲུབ་བྱེད་པ། ། is explained by this sentence. དམ་ཚིག་ཆེན་པོ་ (dam tshig chen po, Sanskrit: maha-samaya, great vow) is the lord of the nature that shows all forms, that is, the glorious Vajrasattva. To accomplish it is དམ་ཚིག་ཆེན་པོ་སྒྲུབ་བྱེད་པ། (dam tshig chen po sgrub byed pa, Sanskrit: maha-samaya sadhana, great vow accomplisher). Because it is the accomplishment of the supreme siddhi that the practitioners manifestly desire, it is beneficial. This empowerment practice is for the purpose of fully understanding that the siddhi of one's own body has been accomplished after blessing the body and so on. To apply it for the purpose of introducing disciples into the mandala and pouring them into the vessel, it is said དེ་ནས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ (de nas zhes bya ba la sogs pa, from then on) and so on, which has been explained in detail. བསམ་གཏན་རྡོ་རྗེ་རབ་བྱ་བ། ། means that by meditating on the subtle yoga in the place just mentioned, the mind is stabilized. བཟླས་དང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། (bzlas dang sngags kyi sbyor bas zhes bya ba ni, through the combination of recitation and mantra) is through the combination of stimulating with the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) and so on, which will be explained. If that kind of yogi fully stimulates all the glorious Vajrasattva and so on with mantra and meditation, various actions will be performed, therefore, རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ལ་སོགས་ཀུན། ། (rdo rje sems dpa' la sogs kun, Vajrasattva and so on) and so on are said. The action of speech is the glorious Vajrasattva, because it is the nature of the action of speech that shows the meaning that is not inverted. རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་ཆེན་པོ། ། (rdo rje chos kyi gzugs chen po, great form of Vajra Dharma) means that it is red like a padmaraga that arises from the letter ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A). གནས་གསུམ་དུ་ནི་རིགས་བརྟག་གོ ། (gnas gsum du ni rigs brtag go, examine the lineage in the three places) means that it is taught in this way: one should contemplate Amitabha as it has been taught, and in the directions of one's head, throat, and heart, with the red seed syllables ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: Om) and ཨཱཿ་ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal meaning: Ah) and ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) residing on the moon, red lotus, and sun, one should contemplate all three families as red. Likewise, one should contemplate Amitabha as it has been said, and in the directions of the head, throat, and heart that are suitable as vessels as it has been said, the cha arising from the letter བཾ་ (Tibetan: བཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal meaning: Vam) and so on.
