The glory arising from this is the wrathful glorious blue-clad One, like the long tail of a comet, for it arises for the sake of destroying all wickedness. Because the samadhi focused on this is unwavering, it is said thus. All that arises from the supreme of wickedness are Brahma and the like. The words "Fearsome" and so on, show that the power of the mantra has become unbearable. By urging in accordance with the ritual, all wickedness will be slain. This means that, just as one who possesses the yoga of the noble blue-clad One, having made an image with great flesh and charcoal from the charnel ground, and earth from a termite mound, and rhododendron, and the footprints of the one to be subdued, on a cloth from the charnel ground, with poison and blood and gore, draw various vajras and a circle of fire, and in its center write the name mantra of the one to be subdued and alternate them, and place it in its heart, and place it in two skull cups on the outside, and in order to kill it, having become extremely wrathful and fierce, pressing down on it with the left foot, at noon and midnight, making one hundred and eight burnt offerings with stones and bones and neem leaves, it will die in seven days. Even if it is not accomplished in this way, go to the charnel ground and at midnight, make three hearths with the ashes of a cremated corpse.
