That is one thing. Firstly, it is also incidentally arising from skillful means, from one aspect. In the remaining chapters, it is also mentioned incidentally. The wisdom of non-duality is Bodhi. The one who attains it is the Buddha. The one who definitely indicates it is the Bodhisattva. Indicating for the sake of their activities is the meaning of what is called the extremely secret conduct. That samaya is also a great accomplishment, because it is a great skillful means. That (samaya) is the fifth and ninth chapters, without exception, to refute the seventeen chapters and so on, hence one by one. The fourth and sixteenth chapters, the eighth and twelfth chapters, etc., are accomplishments, because there is no place here, hence it is a verse. At the end of the fourth chapter, it is connected with "the summary of accomplishment," the accomplishment is secret, hence the summary of. The common activities of the teacher and, the vows of siddhi asceticism are summarized. This is the nature, that is, with the order of great desire, in the mandala of great samaya, bestowing the three empowerments of wisdom sattva is the common activity of the teacher. From the generation of the vidyā to the ultimate of empowerment is siddhi. It is the asceticism of the vidyā. Offerings and praises, etc., are the summary. It is the manifestation of accomplishment. All the activities of the teacher and all the siddhis should be fully known, as well as upholding the asceticism of the vidyā, the vows of guarding and holding, etc., are the samaya of accomplishment. The sixth and second chapters, the tenth and fourteenth chapters, etc., are the summary of near accomplishment. The word "ni" is a conjunction. For some (texts), there is the saying "the sixth chapter is here." The so-called "here" refers to this tantra. The so-called "sixth chapter" is to know it as the sixth in number, or because it is lost in the sixth place, hence it is the sixth chapter. The nature of near accomplishment is the six practices and following desire. Among them, the manifestation of following desire is the five mantras of blessing, because it prevents the mind from faults. The manifestation of the six places is the fifth chapter, etc., because it forcefully makes the mind focus on profound and subtle things. It is the fierce conduct of samaya. The conduct of near enjoyment and, the difficult conduct, is the desire of the gods.

. All these are shown in these four chapters. The seventh, the third, the eleventh, and the fifteenth, these four are the practice. The characteristic here is the field of accomplishment and the signs, the accomplishment being the yoga of the universal monarch. The field is the combination of the six limbs, because they make oneself the field of supreme accomplishment. The signs are the vows and dreams, because they are the cause of accomplishment, so they show accomplishment. Furthermore, in order to start from the point of benefiting others, in order to explain the tantra with four verses, it is said, "The actions of all the Tathagatas." Benefiting others has four ways: introducing, exhaling, fully ripening, and fully liberating. The words of exhaling should be uttered from within the second verse. "The actions of all the Tathagatas," others such as taming, benefiting, conduct, etc., are the ways in which beings enter this tantra, which is manifest faith. Taming refers to what is to be accomplished with small taming, and the difficult to tame refers to those that are to be accomplished with great taming. Pacifying refers to what is to be accomplished with benefiting. The supreme nature is related to the supreme accomplishment. So, what is related to the common accomplishment? The practice there also has four ways, called the vajra ritual, which is the explanation of the four vajras. So, what is related to the supreme accomplishment? It is related to the generation stage, related to the order of generating oneself as the deity, which is to properly combine the mind from the eyes and body, etc. These two are exhaling, because they properly combine the yoga of one's own deity. Mandala refers to the drawn mandala and the offered mandala. Asceticism is the asceticism of knowledge. The so-called perfect master refers to the other actions of the master other than introducing, exhaling, and fully liberating. That is to fully ripen the capable disciples through the path of the guru's mantra.
