In order to differentiate, it is said "from then on" etc. What is meant by "where does it reside, where does it arise" is, in order, the stage of the cause and its ultimate result. The three secrets are the mind of enlightenment of the practice of empowerment. Therefore, in order to empower, whoever has the nature of body, speech, and mind, that is this one, and also the Vajra Acharya. The Vajra of his body etc., appearing as his own deity body etc., is to his own mind, but not to one who has not been empowered. The secret Vajra of body, speech, and mind is that very mind of one's own. Where it resides is the object of focus, it is thought to reside in the body etc., or in the mind as it appears. What is meant by "does not reside anywhere" etc., is not, because there is no difference from the mind. It is also not in the mind as it appears, because those appear as one's own mind only, and as non-existent as they appear. Abiding without speaking is because what is to be said is completely fulfilled. This is the benefit of empowerment. The secret Vajra is the mind of enlightenment of the same taste as the three secrets. Because it is the focus on it, the secret Vajra is also it, and also Samadhi. Rising from that is waking up again separately. The Vajra from which all Tathagatas and all Bodhisattvas arise is the collection of Samadhi. The great Mandala having the nature of Samadhi is called that. By combining the Buddha Mandala, the Samadhi Vajra is well encouraged. This means that in order to empower the disciples of the Buddha's yogis, the method of the Buddha Mandala with the Buddha as the main one, is to enter the Mandala of Samadhi. The Vajra Mandala, with Samadhi, causes all wheel-holders to enter. This means that in order to empower the disciples of the Bodhisattva's yogis, the Vajra is the Bodhisattva, the Samadhi of the Mandala with that as the main one, that is, the order of Samadhi, by this, all wheel-holders are placed.

Oṃ. The term "that nature" refers to what is said in the drawn mandala. The term "Acharya" refers to the Vajradhara who possesses the nature of the wisdom being. The term "heart" refers to the heart of the disciple. The term "place of empowerment" refers to the collection of meanings of empowerment. The term "by three" refers to the rituals of empowerment by vase, secret, and wisdom-wisdom empowerments. Why should it be done in three ways? Because it is these three that act as the Acharya. The Acharya's empowerment, like the previous rosary, water, crown, vajra, master, and name, these six wisdom empowerments, from the rituals spoken of in other tantras, should be given in the drawn mandala or the meditation mandala, because there are no special words. The term "all" refers to all Buddhas. The term "bodhi" refers to the state of Vajradhara. The term "all great wondrous accomplishments" refers to all subtle accomplishments. The term "body, speech, and mind" refers to all the Buddha's teachings. The term "wheel of samaya" refers to the collection of samadhi. Then, in this meditation mandala, how and to whom should empowerment be given? It should be given by one who possesses a stable and unchanging mind to one who possesses a stable and unchanging mind. Among these, the Acharya's mind being stable means seeing the manifestation mandala completely clearly. The mind being unchanging means that even while doing all the activities of that mandala, one sees only that nature. The disciple's mind being stable means believing powerfully from the written mandala that the guru's meditation mandala is neither superior nor inferior. The mind being unchanging means being certain that I will be truly empowered, am being empowered, and have been empowered by this holy guru, and that neither I nor others will be moved in all three times. For the purpose of recovering from broken vows, etc., empowerment should also be given in the meditation mandala, this is the oral instruction. Meditation mandala. All the Tathagatas.

Vajra is body, speech, and mind. Their union is equanimity. Vajra is Vajradhara, his body, speech, and mind. Their secret is essence. What is that? It is the Bhagavan Vajra Dakini, and here it refers to the seed syllable. The mandala of flesh and bones, etc., refers to the body accomplished from the syllable Kham (ཁཾ,kham, khaṃ,Empty), the skin empty, the bones and flesh all turned into blood, the appearance of a bag filled with it. The essence of the three, body, speech, and mind, of Vajrasattva is the collection of essences, which is the meaning of Vajra Dakini. 'To be meditated upon' means to be combined with the ritual. Among them, on the solar mandala, the three syllables Hum (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,Hum), Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ,hrīḥ,hrīḥ,Hrih), and Kham (ཁཾ,kham, khaṃ,Empty) are fully manifested, arising in sequence from the radiating and gathering of light from the center of the three tips, and being empowered by the crown of Akshobhya is the ritual. Fierce is because they have the intention of cutting off the wicked. Unpleasant is because of gnashing teeth, moving the tongue, changing the face, the hair being yellowish-brown and standing on end, and being adorned with skulls and garlands of intestines, etc. Wrathful is because the left leg is extended, the eyebrows are furrowed, the eyes are red, and there is laughter of haha. The four hands refer to the hands holding weapons and the hands embracing Vajra Dakini, actually six hands. Meditating on holding a skull cup in the hand means combining with the three-pointed, Vajra Samaya, and fierce Kilaya, holding means the rest. The right hands hold the three-pointed and the human bone Kilaya, and the left hands hold the skull cup and the Vajra Khatvanga, that is the meaning. Light rays, etc., refer to that which has the light rays radiating and appearing from the five-colored syllable Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ,hrīḥ,hrīḥ,Hrih). Samadhi Vajra is the samadhi of steady practice. Its union means to accomplish with the human bone Kilaya held in the hand.
