They are the eight-spoked wheel, and the ornaments and clothes are thin, light, and beautiful. On the shoulders are three round armlets on the right arm, which all the Buddhas have truly entrusted to him in order to protect body, speech, and mind. The mantra vow is the verse of the vow that will be explained, through which it is truly received from the lama. All the ornaments are priceless and extremely beautiful. The position of the eyes is form. The enjoyment is the jewel crown and so on. The vajra is the immeasurable light on the crown. The sign is the wheel on the hand. The ritual of the mudra is the ritual of meditating on the great mudra and so on. The ritual of the mantra is the ritual of recitation. The perfect union of mantras is the tantra of mantras, and being well-trained in them means that the disciple has been properly instructed. The so-called becoming a Buddha refers to Vairochana. The so-called six months refers to the period of asceticism. The so-called "always by others" and so on, this is the verse of the mantra vow. Stealing is holding one's own deity's form. Killing is the ordinary pride of considering oneself superior to the deity. Desire Vajra is the vidya as previously described, and the contemplation of discriminating the dharmadhatu individually arising from non-dual union. That very nature is abiding, it is unsurpassed bliss. To practice it is to enjoy it. By this vow, it is completely guarded. The so-called "by this vow, it is completely guarded" means that because I have truly taken these vows, it is completely guarded. After explaining the vidya asceticism of Vairochana, what was spoken by Amitabha and Akshobhya is: Desire Vajra is Amitabha. Her hook woman is the one who attracts, namely the white-clad woman. The so-called quality belt is so called because it possesses the belt of the Buddha's qualities themselves. Speech Vajra is Amitabha. Supreme Mind is Akshobhya. The so-called "this is" refers to the two vidyas just mentioned. The so-called "in all aspects" means that all aspects of the two, such as the hair and crown, are easy to understand as being consistent with the previous and subsequent ones. Because of possessing qualities, the vidya is not found, or the practitioner's outer

If some vidyādharīs turn their backs, what should be done? It is said to meditate and so on, and "or" means another aspect. The term "one's own mudrā" is to be grasped, meaning that it is only one's own co-emergent appearance, not external. Therefore, it is said to meditate, meaning the nature of mind. "Meditation" is, as before, the form of the eye and so on. "Three-syllable vajra holder" refers to the three syllables of Vairocana and so on. The "vajra" of those is the hair and crests that resemble the body and so on, possessing such a nature. If the external vidyādharī is not seen, how can the Buddhas be pleased? It is said "thus" and so on, because they are omniscient, so seeing the vidyādharī of those natures and the mind steadfast, they will be very pleased. "Vajra" refers to the three vajras accomplished through recitation and close practice. "Past" means moving or decaying. "Vajra syllable" refers to desire and liberation. "Will be destroyed" means to obtain destruction, meaning it will not be accomplished. The wisdom of the three vajras is discrimination. Whoever has the exposition of its meaning and familiarity is called "thus." Being a great conduct means being a great means. "The wisdom of the three vajras arises" means to arise. The conduct of knowledge itself is the suchness of samaya, the supreme of samaya. That itself is vajra, because it destroys all the obscurations of accomplishment. Because it is the one who shows that, the Bhagavan is also called "thus." The mandala of the meaning of all accomplishments, the vajras of those are the secret actions. The complete enlightenment of those is to realize completely and truly without remainder. The chapter on that meaning is called "thus." The sixteenth chapter of the Secret Assembly Commentary, "Flower in Hand," is complete. Chapter Seventeen, Of all the Tathāgatas

A commentary called "The King of Blessings of Vajra, Commitment and Vows." The seventeenth chapter is the chapter of great accomplishment, therefore, this is the Suchness of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the Samadhi and vows of the nature of the Great Vajradhara, which should be declared. Among them, how all the Tathagatas prayed to the Bhagavan, and how they manifested, in order to distinguish these two occasions, therefore, it is said, "From then on," and so on. All the Tathagatas are all the deities of mantras, that is, their body, speech, and mind. The Vajra of those is Suchness. Because it is the nature of that, it is also called Vajradhara. Because the nature is clear and bright, the one who always abides in suchness is the Tathagata. Among them, praying is to show that it is the very one who has become like that. How to show it? It is said, "Immovable," and so on. All the Tathagatas included in the five are those five, and the three Suchness of those are the three Vajras, and Suchness is also Suchness, therefore, I prostrate to you, the Bhagavan who manifests as such a self-nature, this is the meaning of the summary. The meaning of the limbs should be declared, among them, the meaning of the summary is this: each verse shows the offering of prostration by saying "You prostrate," and all the words of calling are the manifestors themselves. Among them, the first is to show the way of Suchness of the Bhagavan Immovable and so on, and the five are to explain that itself. How to explain it? One is the characteristic, and the four are the reason for the characteristic. The seventh is the secret way of saying the body Vajra and so on, and the eighth of the fifth praise is the secret way of saying the nature of Vajradhara itself. Called sound, manifester, and speech, the seventh verse is a prayer, which is the meaning of manifestation. What to show? Because it is the occasion itself, it is the Suchness of self-nature.
