So! What is to be done? It is said that those rays transform them, that is the remainder. What will it become from that? It is said that it is to be held by the vajra, that is what is said. It means that the body vajra should bless that disciple and cause him to descend. Similarly, for the mandala of the mind and so on, also to enter by the activity of the lord of the mandala and to descend is what is said, such as "Great King" and so on. The Great King is Amitabha, because he is extremely attached. Vajrasattva is the immovable one. The samaya of body, speech, and mind should be distinguished from what is said in the letter Ah Therefore, in order to enter "This is" and so on, the vajra samaya is a mantra that is difficult to transgress. All samayas are all deities. The samayas of their body, speech, and mind are the mandala of the three secrets. The vajra of their mantras is the indestructible mantra. "This is" refers to these five letters themselves. Why is that? Because the essence of the five Tathagatas is all contained within them. Therefore, by reciting this (mantra), one will be able to enter and cause entry into all mandalas. Having entered, one should bestow empowerment according to the ritual, according to the disciple's capacity. Here are the verses: The garland empowerment is the first, Because the garland is tied on the crown of the head. Water and crown and vajra, The lord and the name are two. These six are the empowerment of knowledge, The master is called the seventh, The name of the master has three aspects, Said by Vajra, Secret, and Wisdom. Therefore, the six empowerments of knowledge, because they are the same as other tantras, are not explained. The empowerment of the master itself, because it has three distinctions, should be explained. Its teaching is, as it is said, "In this is" and so on, the great vajra empowerment and the secret and the secret of wisdom, this is a summary of words by double distinction. To explain as it is taught, with such reasoning, to explain the first great vajra teaching, as it is said, "All" and so on.
