Thus: Those who hold the Bodhicitta are the Bodhisattvas, which means the Lord of the Mandala. To please them is to differentiate the Buddhas and to differentiate the Bodhi. Whoever belongs to one's own lineage is initiated by it. Whoever is the Vidyā of the Bodhi lineage of someone, gives asceticism to them. So-called Vajra and so on, Vajra is immovable, because it is the first and foremost certainty. The form of the eye is the body of the eye. The word "etc." includes the forms of Māmakī, White-clad Mother, and Tārā. With these, the crown is pleased, that is, the six Cakravartins are pleased. Among them, the immovable one initiates the other five. The constant one and the Vajra holder, as well as pride, desire, and Amoghasiddhi, should perform the asceticism of Vidyā with the eyes and so on in order. The crowns, whether they are the lords of the mandala or the mandala practitioners, are pleased because there are no distinguishing words. After the remaining mandala practitioners have empowered, they said "From the wrathful ones" and so on. The Buddha Vajra is the immovable one, and meditating on him is for the sake of initiation. The king of Vidyā is the eye and so on, and he himself is all dharmas, because he abides in the supreme position of the lord of the mandala. The queen of Vidyā is the four joyful women. The union of these is Samādhi, which means "by them" to them. All desirers are the six Vajra holders, and their Samādhi is for all the mantras of desirers. The wisdom that does not devour ghosts is Amoghasiddhi. On the other hand, it is said "Mantras" and so on. For the mandala practitioner and all those who do not know the lineage, the immovable one should be visualized on the crown of the head, because he is the meditation of washing away all the stains of characteristics. It is thought that it is because of the nature of all initiations. Thus, these words such as the crown come from the eighteenth chapter, the six Cakravartins.

Oṃ, etc. Starting from "named," the empowerment of all by Samadhi Vajra is highly praised. It will be explained up to "named." Among them, Samadhi Vajra is Akshobhya, because it is for all, not the first offering, that is the meaning said, this is a brief summary of the supreme accomplishment's vows. Incidentally, regarding the vows of minor accomplishments such as Yakshini, etc., it is also said "named Yakshini," etc. The mantra lineage of Yakshinis, etc., is the stream of mantras of Yakshinis, etc. Crushing the crown of those is meditation. Union is samadhi. Mantras are the deities. It is both union and mantra. Auspiciousness is praise. Exhortation is to perfectly unite one's own wheel-turners. Empowerment is because it is the nature of pervasiveness. The great vow is asceticism and empowerment. To demonstrate that, it is said "thus." Concluding with "Samadhi," etc. What is called "by this" is, connected to "by the union of the courageous Vajra," connected to "all is said." What was said? Named "Samadhi Vajra," that is, the mandala of the one who pleases the mantras with steadfast samadhi is pure, it is a collection of essence. The great vow is the great Vajradhara. His accomplishment is to please him, because one must accomplish his command. In order to ascertain one's own accomplishment, etc., it must be brought down into the vessel, therefore, making him free, it is said "from then on," etc. What is called "demonstrator" is because by his command all the deities are brought down into the vessel. Why is that? Because is the supreme chief. Why is that again? Because all dharmas are independent, he is the author of accomplished mantras. Why is that again? Because body, speech, and mind are completely pure, without fault in all aspects. Wisdom is the accomplishment of the act of descending. That itself is because it is the nature of steadfastness, therefore it is Gold.

O rje'o. That which is taught is also called that. Bestowing is that which has been bestowed. That which is called Samadhi Vajra is the unwavering samadhi of descending. That which is called excellent is that which is to be made special, such as the form of oneself as red Vajradhara, and how the vessels and deities will be taught. Recitation means the mantra of descending. That which is called by the combination of mantras is that, like the places of the letters ha and so on, it is placed on the mandala of water and so on. What will happen from that? Vajrasattva and so on were spoken. Because this has the activity of speech, it is the activity of speech, doing as it is said. How is that like a command? It means that this does not deceive. If it descends into the vessel, then various activities such as shaking and stiffness, and drawing mandalas, will become wonderful. That which is called Vajra Dharma and so on, Vajra Dharma is Amitabha. Visualize all the vessels with that nature as red, visualize with the letter A. The Vajra of body, speech, and mind. That which is called that is the head, throat, and heart of that. The three places are to examine the lineage, which means that the letters ha, ah, and hum, which reside in the mandalas of water, wind, and great power, as spoken, are to be meditated upon. All the rituals of descending, if done, means that from then on, invite the deity to be descended, the beautiful one who harms, and place it on the body of the vessel. Under the feet of the vessel, the letter ཛཻཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) residing in the mandala of wind and fire is lifted up in red, and visualize that the red rays of the three lineages fill the entire body, burn incense, ring the bell, and recite the mantra (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) and so on. That which is called accomplished without being eaten by demons means that it will definitely descend. What will happen if this is accomplished? Therefore, shaking and so on were spoken, the three actions are exhortation.
