Then how to attract? It refers to vows and so on. A vow is the samadhi of frowning with wrath, like a white cloth. This is a body color white with red radiance. When attracting, also holding an iron hook, sword, lasso, and lotus. Saying "etc." includes drawing a vidya girl on a woman's skull with the blood of a goblin's hand, like a dragon girl. The so-called "mantra vidya" refers to the recitation with encouragement. For all attracting practices, the essence of blazing sight should be combined. As it is said in the glorious Tantra of the Condensed Truth: "Attachment through the vajra gaze, the eyes wide open with joy. By looking at a woman with this, she will always be under control. Quickly move the eyes, attracting with the eyelashes, it is said to have the radiance of sight, attracting all beings. The eyebrows tightly furrowed in wrath, the eyes of the wrathful one are closed. If a wrathful expression is made, even the three realms will be destroyed. Like a rock of Mount Meru, a steady, unblinking eye, is said to be a loving gaze, which can eliminate disease, demons, and poison, etc." Like what is said. Then, the essence of these is: Vajra dṛṣṭi maṭ (བཛྲ་དྲྀཥྚི་མཊ,Vajra dṛṣṭi maṭ,Vajra Eye Maṭ). Jilaṭa dṛṣṭi aṃ kuśa jaḥ (ཇི་ལྟ་དྲི་ཥྚི་ཨཾ་ཀུ་ཤ་ཛཿ,Jilaṭa dṛṣṭi aṃ kuśa jaḥ,Like That Eye Hook Jaḥ). Krodha dṛṣṭi hi me dṛṣṭi tra ṭa (ཀྲོ་དྷ་དྲིཥྚི་ཧི་མེ་དྲྀཥྚི་ཏྲ་ཊ་,Krodha dṛṣṭi hi me dṛṣṭi tra ṭa,Wrathful Eye This My Eye Tra ṭa). So it is said. Then, if attracting Buddhas and so on, can it also be accomplished by mere recitation? To show that it can be accomplished, "prevention" and so on are said, the so-called "prevention vajra recitation" refers to the recitation of prevention and the recitation of vajra. With a perfect and supreme beauty, it will not be long before one can attract. The so-called "all" refers to from the ten directions. What is attracted? What arises from the three wisdom vajras, what is perfectly accomplished from the vajras of body, speech, mind, and wisdom, that is, it refers to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The meaning of "also" should also be understood, if they can also be attracted, then what need is there to mention gods and so on, now abiding in one's own deity yoga, on the sun or moon in one's heart, the rosary of letters of one's mantra.

Having established it, one stabilizes it with the union of non-duality between oneself and that, whatever recitation there is, that is the recitation of cessation. Moreover, when one recites, the mind that is necessarily gathered, from long habituation, the mind itself becomes stable, and from there the activity is completed, at that time it will be accomplished. Because it is merely an appearance, and although cherished by bees and horseflies, etc., there is no sensation, and the sounds of drums and large drums, etc., will not be heard even during the day. Vajra is the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas. The recitation of those is Vajra recitation. That is also what is said in the thirteenth chapter. That is when the four mantras to be recited, all the Vajras arise from mind-only, and selflessness, and equality with self, and the non-apprehension of all that, by reciting the four mantras, one sees especially. After quiescence and insight are perfected from extremely long recitation, the four meanings also become apparent as if directly perceived, at that time it is accomplishment. The so-called "most beautiful" indicates the sign of completion. When quiescence is accomplished, the reciter will suddenly have goosebumps and tears will flow, and from the causes of lightness of body and mind, etc., great joy will arise. Therefore, the completely perfect recitation is the most beautiful, which means extremely delightful. Accomplishment also comes from the difference in number, and it is said "or" etc. A solitary place is a great place, residing in places such as mountains and forests. By focusing the mind on the one to be recited residing in the sun in one's heart with the union of that wrathful deity, even if one recites the mantra of each of the ten wrathful deities a hundred thousand times, one will accomplish all activities. Some say that by countless recitations, sins are exhausted, and after obtaining the signs, thereafter reciting one million recitations of one's own wrathful deity, one will accomplish it. Because it is said, "For sentient beings free from sin, the determination of number is spoken." Therefore, they say so. The vows of action.

Anything can be accomplished, referring to the Vajra Acharya and so on. Moving from a place means expulsion, and doing that means the remainder. "This" refers to the actions previously mentioned, as it is said: "With a pure heart of compassion, killing quickly achieves success." It's like saying that. Accomplishing also through the vows of meditation refers to what was said again, and so on. "All sentient beings" refers to those who meditate on the face of the sky. "According to the ritual" means abiding in the union of one's own wrathful deity, and pulverizing them by throwing the blazing vajra held in its hand, and so on. "To enemies with malicious intent" refers to those who harm the Three Jewels, etc., or those who intend to harm them. In order to complete the rituals of killing, expelling, etc., mentioned in the wrathful mantra, blood, etc., is mentioned, and it should be understood that blood, etc., is made into a moist garment. "Having divided" refers to that garment. Linga is an image. The King of Wrathful Deities refers to Mahakala or others, because all wrathful deities are the main ones in manifestation. "One hundred and eight" refers to reciting eight more than one hundred times. "Surely perish" means death. "By the supreme binding of the King of Wrathful Deities" means angrily tying the knot of the garment tightly. "Disturbing in wrath" means that the lineage of wrath is manifested from that very garment. "The terrifying aspect" refers to the aspect of the bodily transformation arising from wrath. "Emphasis" means shaking and changing, because there is pride in the action, so it is said that way. The place of the manifested ritual refers to the place of the Matrikas, etc., wherever there are seven Matrikas, that is the place of the Matrikas. A tree not covered by the shade of other trees is a single tree. The ritual mentioned in the mantra of Mahakala, as well as reciting one hundred and eight times, and eating rough food accompanied by hail, heat, water droplets, chaff, etc., and with rough and wrathful pride, do everything for all manifested actions.
