From the Vajrasekhara, it says, "The Vajradhara Buddhas arise from the Svabhavakaya. The great lineage of wondrous Dharma is eternally supreme in liberation." It is like that. Therefore, this is not the realm of Bodhisattvas, but it is considered to be the realm of the Buddhas who constantly and without obstruction see all knowable things in every way. Is this not also the realm of Bodhisattvas? Other than these, there are no other Buddhas, and the Dharmas of the Buddhas themselves are the Mandala and retinue here. Therefore, if this is the realm of the Buddha, how is it not the realm of the retinue? It may be so, but the Mandala is all the Dharmas of the Buddha, and the retinue is uncertain. The remainder will be explained in the seventeenth and fifteenth chapters. If it is said that the Bhagavan is the first Buddha and has already attained complete enlightenment, so there is no need to attain complete enlightenment again, then this refers to the enlightenment of the teacher, not the complete enlightenment. The practice has been explained. In order to compose the great practice, it is said, "From then on," etc., because in that moment he attained complete enlightenment, he is Vairochana. "From the heart" means from the seed syllable located in the mark of the heart. "Arising" means in the manner of elaboration. "This verse" means the wind arising from the body, just as it arises naturally, and it is also a word inspired by the joy of the Aryas who have understood the wonderful Dharma, therefore, since wind and Dharma are similar, it is called a verse. "This" refers to what will be explained. "Saying the verse" means what has been said. Why do those themselves say the verse? Because it arises from his heart and understands his Dharma. "Emaho" means wonderful. "All Buddhas" refers to Guhyasamaja. "Arising from Bodhicitta" refers to the Bodhi in the manner of three faces and six arms, etc.

It has become its nature. The so-called "Secret of All Tathagatas" refers to the three secrets related to all Tathagatas. The so-called "utterly inconceivable" means being free from all elaborations and appearances of characteristics, and therefore, due to such a single taste, it is also not an object of extreme discrimination. The so-called "immaculate" means that the stains of all obstacles and their habitual tendencies have been exhausted, therefore it is the nature of the supremely pure mind. Because it is all Tathagatas, therefore, because it holds five hand symbols, it has six arms. Because it is the collection of the three secrets, therefore it has three faces. Because it is utterly inconceivable and immaculate, therefore it is the nature of a knowledgeable person. The so-called "thereafter" is to generate desire for the appropriate Dharma, and it follows after hearing. The so-called "again assembled" means that previously it was an assembly of bodies, but now it is an assembly with the characteristic of unified intention for the purpose of supplication. The mind of enlightenment is also that, and the vajra is also that, so the mind of enlightenment is the vajra, because it is the form of Vajradhara. The offerings of all Tathagatas refer to the forms arising from the heart mantra of offerings, such as the goddesses like Vajra-matri. The vows spread by them are inviolable, and they are supreme forms and sounds, possessing the nature of radiating various images. That itself is Suchness. A jewel is a particularly supreme Suchness, because it is the nature of non-dual great bliss. Their clouds refer to the adornments pervading the sky. The so-called "after prostrating" means after making prostrations. The so-called "thus said" means that it will be explained as it is said. Named "arising from the secret assembly." The so-called "all Tathagatas" is said because it arises from the secret sections, so it is said, meaning the secret assembly of all Tathagatas. Vajra is the Tathagatas and so on. Their essence is the best of treasures, which is all Dharma. What is gathered by them is collected.

O! That which is called "Thatness" is the ultimate truth, meaning the supreme liberation. "Please explain" means to show the aspect of perfect enlightenment, that is, please explain in detail and separately. "Secret" means that which cannot be understood by others' direct perception and inference, etc. If the secret is like this, how does the Bhagavan teach it? It is not shown from its own nature. What is it then? It is the Sambhogakaya (enjoyment body) which is in accordance with its cause, and it is taught through the gate of the Mahamudra (great seal), which is completely gathered and completely shown from all aspects. As it is said in the Shri Vajrasekhara Tantra: "From that Svabhavikakaya (nature body), again arises the Sambhogakaya." And: "The wheel of secret play is also the supreme Sambhogakaya." And again: "From the Svabhavikakaya, it truly arises like a cataract in the eye. The Sambhogakaya's enjoyment of Dharma is like this. All are unspeakable and without abode, peaceful, subtle, and extremely difficult to see. Because the Buddha remembers with compassion, the Buddha shows the play." "Good! Good!" is to accept through praise. However, the word "however" has the meaning of distinction. "This" refers to the Sambhogakaya named Guhyasamaja (Secret Assembly). These see everything as it is, therefore all the Tathagatas are the Bodhisattvas who see the truth. They also create doubts, because even if it is shown to them, they cannot ascertain the greatness of this nature. Here, doubt is only uncertainty, not real doubt, because they have abandoned doubt by seeing the truth. "What need to mention others?" means what need to mention those who have not seen the truth. If those who have not seen the truth, how does he show the Sambhogakaya? That is to show a form similar to the Sambhogakaya of the Buddha, that is, to show the pure Buddha-field.
