ནི་གསང་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རོ་དབྱེར་མེད་པའི་ཡིད་དེ་སྣང་བ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཧཾ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །ས་བོན་བཞི་པོ་འདི་དག་མཚན་མ་བཞིའི་ལྟེ་བར་དབྱུང་བ་ནི་བསམ་གཏན་གསུམ་པའོ། །རབ་ཏུ་བསྒོམ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བྱེ་བྲག་ཏུ་བསྒོམ་པ་སྟེ། གང་ཡང་ཕྲ་མོར་བསྒོམས་པས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དེ་ཇི་ལྟར་ཞེ་ན། ཀར་ས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་ཀ་ནི་བདེ་བ་དང་ཆུའོ། །ཨ་རན་ནི་སེམས་ཏེ་མྱུར་དུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ག་དང་ཨ་རན་ནི་ཀ་རན་ཏེ་ཟླས་དབྱེ་བའི་བསྡུ་བའོ། །དགའ་མ་བསྡུས་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བ་བདེ་བར་ ཞུ་བའི་ཐིག་ལེ་མུ་ཏིག་གི་རྡོག་མ་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་པ་ཡིན་ལ་མཚན་མ་རྣམས་བསྡུས་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཐིག་ལེའི་ནང་དུ་ཆུད་པ་རང་གི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་ཁ་དོག་ལྟ་བུ་ནི། བསམ་གཏན་ལྔ་པའོ། །སྲོག་དང་རྩོལ་བ་ལ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་གསལ་བར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར། ཡི་གེ་བྲུཾ་གྱིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་དང་གསུང་དང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ཕྲ་མོ་རྣམས་བསྡུས་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་གསུམ་མོ། །དེའི་འབྱུང་བ་ནི་དེ་བསྐྱེད་པ་སྟེ། དེ་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱ་བའོ། །ཇི་ལྟ་ཞེ་ན། ཡི་གེ་བྲུཾ་གྱི་གནས་བསྒོམས་ཏེ། ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་བསམ་གཏན་ལྔ་པར་གྲུབ་པའི་ཕྲ་མོ་གཉིས་ལ་ཁྱབ་པ་འདི་ལ་ཡོད་པས་ན་གནས་ཏེ། སོ་སོར་སྡུད་པར་གྲུབ་པའི་ཡི་གེ་བྲུཾ་གདན་དང་བཅས་པ་གོང་བུར་གྱུར་པའི་སྦྱོར་བ་སྐུའི་ཕྲ་མོ་ཐིག་ལེ་གཉིས་ནང་དུ་ཆུད་པ་འོད་གསལ་བར་བྱས་པ་ནི་གནས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དམ་ཚིག་གསང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སེམས་ཀྱི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་བསྡུས་པའོ། །དེ་སྟོན་པས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཡང་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བྱའོ། །འཛིན་པའི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་ནས་ཚིག་རྐང་དྲུག་པའི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གསུངས་ཏེ། དྲུག་པའི་དོན་གྱི་ལྔ་པའོ། །དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་གསང་བ་སྟེ། སེམས་ཀྱི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དེའི་མཉེས་བྱེད་དེ་འདི་ལ་ཡོད་པའོ། །དེ་ཅི་ཞིག་ཅེ་ན་སྙིང་པོ་སྟེ། རང་གི་སྙིང་གར་བསྒོམས་པའི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་ས་བོན་ནོ། །དེས་དེ་དག་ཇི་ལྟར་མཉེས་པར་བྱེད་ཅེ་ན། དེའི་ཐིག་ལེ་ལ་དེ་དག་གི་མཚན་ཉིད་དམིགས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་ཇི་ལྟར་སྙིང་པོ་ཡིན་ཞེ་ན། དམ་པར་གྱུར་པས་ཏེ། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྔགས་སོ། །ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། མདོར་བསྡུས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ཇི་སྐད་དུ་ལེའུ་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་པ་ལས།

是秘密诸法的味道无别的意，是无有显现的缘故，名为吽（ཧཾ，梵文：hūṃ，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，含义：吽）。这四个种子字在四种相的中心生起，是第三禅。名为“极善修习”是指分别修习，也是以任何细微的方式修习的意思。那怎么样呢？名为“噶萨”中，“噶”是乐和水。“阿然”是心，因为迅速运行的缘故。“噶”和“阿然”是“噶然”，是分割开的集合。从集合喜悦而生起的，感受快乐的，如珍珠般的明点，是第四禅，而从集合诸相生起的，包含在心明点之中的，如自己转轮王的颜色一般，是第五禅。为了使生起生命和勤奋的珍宝显现，以“字母勃隆（བྲུཾ）”等来说明，是集合了如来之身、语、意之细微部分的心的珍宝，是金刚三宝。它的生起是生起它，是要修习它。怎么样修习呢？修习字母勃隆（བྲུཾ）的处所，因为在第五禅中成就的细微二者遍布于此，所以是处所，分别集合成就的字母勃隆（བྲུཾ）与座垫合为一体，成为团状的结合，身体的细微部分包含在两个明点之中，使其光明，是名为处所的含义。名为誓言秘密是指集合心的珍宝。通过展示它，也对薄伽梵这样称呼。通过掌握执持，说了“六句偈的精华”等等，是第六句的第五个意义。所谓三世佛的身语意，是誓言秘密，是心的珍宝的意思。它的悦意之物就在这里。那是什么呢？是精华，是观想在自己心间的转轮王的种子字。它如何使它们感到愉悦呢？因为在其明点上观想了它们的特征。那它如何是精华呢？因为它变得神圣，是它们的真言。为什么呢？因为是简略的。正如第十八章所说。

The mind that is inseparable from the taste of all secrets, is called Hūṃ (ཧཾ, Sanskrit: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: Hūṃ) because it is without appearance. These four seed syllables arise in the center of the four signs, which is the third Dhyana. "Extremely well practiced" means to practice separately, and it also means to practice in any subtle way. How is that? In the name "Kara," "Ka" means bliss and water. "Aran" is the mind, because it moves quickly. "Ga" and "Aran" are "Karan," which is a collection that is divided. Arising from the collection of joy, experiencing happiness, like a pearl-like bindu, is the fourth Dhyana, and arising from the collection of signs, contained within the mind's bindu, like the color of one's own Chakravartin, is the fifth Dhyana. In order to make the jewel that generates life and diligence manifest, it is explained by "the letter Bhrūṃ (བྲུཾ)" and so on, which is the mind's jewel that collects the subtle parts of the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagatas, and is the Vajra Three Jewels. Its arising is to generate it, and it is to be practiced. How to practice? Meditating on the place of the letter Bhrūṃ (བྲུཾ), because the subtle two that are accomplished in the fifth Dhyana pervade this, so it is the place, the letter Bhrūṃ (བྲུཾ) that is accomplished by separate collection, together with the seat, becomes a lump-like union, the subtle parts of the body are contained within the two bindus, making it bright, is the meaning of the name place. The name Secret Vow means the collection of the mind's jewel. By showing it, the Bhagavan is also called in this way. By mastering the holding, it is said "the essence of the six-line verse" and so on, which is the fifth meaning of the sixth line. The body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas of the three times is the Secret Vow, which is the meaning of the mind's jewel. Its pleasing object is here. What is it? It is the essence, which is the seed syllable of the Chakravartin that is visualized in one's own heart. How does it make them feel pleased? Because their characteristics are visualized on its bindu. How is it the essence? Because it becomes sacred, it is their mantra. Why? Because it is concise. As it is said in the eighteenth chapter.
