Although they appear, it is not in the manner of their own nature. And why is it not? Therefore, it is said "non-conceptual," because they are not objects of conceptualization either, so why is there a need to observe with words? Therefore, they are said to be conventional truth. Therefore, the suchness of conventional truth is called the vast suchness, because it is the realm of children. Ultimate truth is the subtle suchness, which is the realm of the noble ones. Thus, conventional truth is also of three types: the imputed conventional truth is the nature of all phenomena being imputed. The cognizable conventional truth is all distorted knowledge. The expressible conventional truth is that which reveals ultimate truth through sound and conceptualization. Ultimate truth is also of three types: suchness is ultimate truth. The attainable ultimate truth is genuine wisdom. The ultimate truth to be attained is nirvana. As it is said in the *Madhyāntavibhāga*: "The imputed and the cognizable, as well as expression, are coarse." And "Meaning, attainment, and realization, are considered to be the three aspects of ultimate truth." Like that which is said. Among these, this vajra samaya and all other mantras are expressible conventional truth, because they are the nature of individual discrimination in reality. Individual discrimination in reality is neither conceptual nor non-conceptual. Why is it not conceptual? Because it is that which generates non-conceptuality and is in accordance with it. Why is it not non-

It is called ground. Thus, it is also said in the Dharani of Non-Discrimination that by properly combining and universally practicing, one follows it. By meditating, one follows it. By increasing, one follows it. By properly attending to it, one follows it. If so, without manifest action and naturally accomplished, one touches the realm of non-discrimination. Also, in the Determination of Valid Cognition, it is said that by habituating wisdom with the nature of thought, the ultimate wisdom, free from delusion, immaculate, and fearless, will be realized. Therefore, what the Bhagavan said, that those who wish to realize non-discrimination and Bodhi through correct individual observation should rely on it, is the established tenet. Because this has the ultimate fruit, it is ultimate, that is, it has the fruit of Bodhi. Because it is the cause of clarification, it has the meaning of the five suchnesses, therefore it is the meaning of purity and suchness. Because it is to be truly realized and is not something to be transgressed, it is a samaya, that is, the five vajra samayas. The ultimate is also that, and the meaning of purity and suchness is also that, therefore it is called such. Those are also, and the samaya is also, therefore it is called a collection. That clarifying chapter is called such. The ninth chapter of the Secret Assembly Commentary - Garland of Flowers is complete. Chapter Ten. The Commentary called Encouraging the Essence of All Tathagatas. The Abhisamaya of Approaching Accomplishment has been proclaimed in the second and sixth chapters, and it will also be briefly explained in this chapter. Among them, the three conducts and pleasing compliance are the samaya, as stated in the eighteenth chapter: Until the time of seeing that, meditate on the two aspects for six months, by enjoying all desires, always practice in all ways. If in six months, one does not see what is said, then with the ritual and vows as said, make three efforts. Even if one acts thus, if the practitioner does not generate the sight, and when Bodhi is not attained, then apply fierce exertion.

The ground should be cultivated. At that time, his wisdom will surely come close to accomplishment. With the union of the divisions of lineage, the Vajra Kilaya stakes the Kilaya. Then, the actions of subjugation and protection should also be performed. Thus it will be explained. Among them, the first two practices spoken of in the sixth chapter are: the practice of intimate enjoyment and the practice of austerity. The third is the practice of violence. To show that one is pleased with it, the tenth chapter is: starting from "Then," etc., it is spoken. The great Samaya being is Vajradhara. His Vajra is body, speech, and mind. The suchness of these is the nature of being equal to space. His complete enlightenment is realization. The secret of his meaning, body, speech, and mind is the secret of body, etc. The word "secret" here means that it should be hidden, so it is said that it is struck with a stake. Because it is his nature, and because he is the one who shows it, the Bhagavan should also be called that. Mantra is all the deities. The essence of these is all self-nature. His self-nature, All are gathered together, because it is truly gathered by this. That itself is the antidote to the object of focus. Body, speech, and mind are proclaimed as secret. It is the meaning of what is called staking with a stake. How is staking with a stake done? It is the supreme way of great accomplishment, which is the last means of the fruit of near accomplishment. Starting from "Then," it is immediately after the prayer. Speech is saying this, which is the verse of the Kilaya staking tantra. Blazing is extremely wrathful towards Achala and others. It is fierce because of the transformation of the body and speech that show wrath. The eyes of the wrathful one himself are wide, that is, the eyes are wide. If one asks why those who have abandoned afflictions have wrath, it is said: All afflictions are an ocean, because each difference is infinite. The chief of these is the sovereign, because for the sake of taming sentient beings, he truly shows them as they wish.
