The term "supreme" refers to form and so on. "Accomplishing time" refers to the means of accomplishment. "For the sake of perfect accomplishment" refers to the supreme accomplishment of siddhis. "All jewels" refers to all Buddhas. "In this field" refers to the palace. The seven precious things are gold, silver, lapis lazuli, musaragarbha, stone essence, red pearl, and the seventh is karketana. "The wise ones" refers to those who know the collection of all Buddha fields. The wise one is skilled in means. Wherein yoga dwells, That offering is spoken of as "Lord" and so on. "The mudra of the Lord" refers to the Lord of the mandala, the great mudra of one's own wheel-turning king. "In equipoise" refers to having stabilized one's own mind. "The union of touch" refers to being endowed with the bliss of the offerings described above. "To the Buddha" refers to the mandala assembly that encompasses all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. "The Buddhas have no discomfort, nor do they have displeasure, and are they not also without attachment?" If it is said that they have no offerings and do not partake of them, then "one with desirous mind" is spoken of. Because desire is in accordance with the Dharma, desire is compassion and mind is wisdom, and because they possess excellence, they are those with desirous minds. In all ways, the intention to eliminate the suffering of all sentient beings reaches the ultimate peak, which is supreme great compassion. In all aspects of all that is knowable, the wisdom that is utterly pure, without attachment, without obstruction, transcendent, and pure worldly wisdom is the supreme mind. Therefore, with their supreme wisdom, they see the one who offers and the objects of offering, and with supreme compassion, they partake of the bliss beyond the world, and with power, they transform mental happiness into experience. In this way, the acceptance of offerings is established. Even with just the union of the Lord, one can make offerings to all the Buddhas.

Saying "O" and so on, refers to what is said such as "the realm of space." What is called "mandala arrangement" refers to the palace. What is called "Tathagata-self" refers to the Tathagatas and others that arise from the collection of the essence of mantras of their respective lineages, being non-dual with (them). What is called "my body" refers to one's own body abiding on the central seat of that (mandala). What is called "lama" refers to one's own body as a Chakravartin. What is called "with feces and urine, etc." refers to summarizing with many names, etc., smearing, etc., refers to the meaning of offerings such as smearing, etc., as previously mentioned. What is called "young girl" refers to the daughter previously mentioned. Offering to that (young girl) herself is the offering of joy. What is called "having steadfast intelligence" refers to making intelligence steadfast for recitation and close practice, etc. What is called "should be eaten" refers to according to the ritual. What is called "mantras, etc." refers to the deities of the mantras. What is called "the secret of the Vajra Holder of Wisdom" refers to the secret substance of the Buddhas. These indicate that it should be kept secret from those who are not vessels. Saying "feces" is entering, saying "urine" is binding, that is, obscuration. Like this, when entering into practice, if it protects from the obscuration of accomplishment, then it is feces and urine. That also is a vow because it is inviolable, so in that case, the continuation of offerings as stated is the vow of feces and urine. In order to clarify it, that chapter is called that. Secret Assembly Explanatory Tantra, Eighth Chapter of the Lotus of Joined Palms, is complete. Ninth Chapter. The Explanatory Tantra of the Vow of the Meaning of the Ultimate Purity, which is Suchness itself. In order to show the vow of the yogi who abides in the samadhi of great practice, the ninth chapter is: starting from "Then" and so on. Because it is inviolable, it is a vow, that is, a decree. Because it is even more difficult to violate than the decree of the king himself, it is called the king. Because it especially subdues, it is called Vajradhara. Abiding in his vow, and also for one's own Bodhi, those also freely become self-empowered, therefore the accomplishments of the Buddhas are certain.
