དུའོ། །གཏི་མུག་གི་རིགས་ལ་བུ་མོ་ལོ་བཅུ་དྲུག་པ་དང༌། དེའི་ལོགས་གཉིས་ལ་བཅུ་བཞི་པ་དང་བཅོ་ལྔ་པ་གཉིས་བཅུ་བདུན་པ་དང་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་པ་གཉིས་སོ། །དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་ན་རིགས་གསུམ་ལ་ལོ་གྲངས་བཅུ་དྲུག་པ་མཆོག་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལེ་འུར་བཅུ་དྲུག་པ་གསུངས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དང་པོར་གནས་དང་བདག་དང་རིག་པའི་སྦྱང་བ་གསུངས་པས་ཕྱོགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་གནས་སོ། །གཙང་ཞིང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྦྱངས་པའོ། །རྣམ་པར་དབེན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྐྱེ་བོ་མེད་པའོ། །རྒྱལ་བ་ཉིད་སྐྱེས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རྒྱལ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བདག་ཉིད་དེ་བཞིན་ཉིད་དེ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་སྟེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཀྱི་བདག་ཉིད་ཐབས་ཀྱི་ལུས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཞི་བ་དགེ་བའི་གནས་རྣམས་སུ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ་དེ་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། ཀུན་དུ་བཟང་པོ་ཉིད་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཞི་དགེ་སྟེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་སོ། །དེའི་གནས་ནི་དམིགས་པར་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། དེ་བཞིན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་བདག་ཉིད་ཅན་གྱི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ལུས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །གསུམ་པོ་དེ་དག་ལ་བྱུང་པར་བྱའོ། །འམ་གྱི་སྒྲ་ནི་བྱུག་པའམ་མོས་པ་ཅི་རིགས་པར་རོ། །གང་གིས་ཤེ་ན། བཤང་གཅི་ལ་སོགས་པ་བསྲེས་པ་དག་གིས་སོ། །སོགས་པའི་སྒྲས་ནི་གཉི་ག་ལ་ཡང་སྦྱར་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། སྦྱངས་པའི་བཤད་གཅི་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཉུང་ངུ་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་གི་དོན་ཡིན་ལ་ཆུ་དང་ཙནྡན་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་མང་བ་ནི་དྲི་ཞིམ་པའི་དོན་ཏོ། །རྟག་པར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཉིན་རེ་རེའོ། །སྤྱན་ལ་སོགས་པར་བསྒོམས་པས་རིག་པ་བསྐྱེད་དེ་སྦྱང་བ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནུ་མའི་དབུས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་ རིགས་ལྔ་རྣམས་ནི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རིགས་ལྔ་པོ་རྣམས་ནའོ། །ཅི་སྐུའི་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན་ནམ་མ་ཡིན་ཞེ་ན། རྒྱལ་བའི་སྲས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་གསུངས་ཏེ། རྒྱལ་བའི་བདག་ཉིད་རྣམས་ལ་ཡོད་པས་ན་རྒྱལ་བའི་སྲས་ཏེ་རྒྱལ་བའི་ས་བོན་ལས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཆོ་ག་ཤེས་པ་ནི་རིགས་པ་ཤེས་པའོ། །དེ་ལ་རིགས་པ་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ་སྤྱི་གཙུག་གི་མཐའ་ནི་སྤྱི་བོའི་རྩེ་མོ་སྟེ་དེའི་དབུས་ནས་ནུ་མའི་དབུས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཡི་གེ་ཨོཾ་སྤྲོ་བའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་དགོད་པར་བྱའོ། །ནུ་མའི་དབུས་ནི་སྙིང་ག་སྟེ་དེའི་ཚུ་རོལ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ནུ་མའི་དབུས་ནས་ལྟེ་བའི་བར་ལ་ཡི་གེ་ཧཱུཾ་དགོད་པར་བྱའོ། །ལྟེ་བ་ནས་རྐེད་པ་དང༌། གསང་བའི་བར་ལ་ཡི་གེ་སྭཱ་དགོད་པར་བྱའོ། །རྐེད་པ་དང་གསང་བ་ནས་རྐང་པའི

It means that in order to completely pacify conceptual thoughts, and because it is Samantabhadra, it is peaceful and virtuous, that is, Bodhicitta. Its place is the object of focus, meaning the body of wisdom of the self-nature of suchness. It should appear in those three places. Or, smear or according to their respective wishes. With what? With mixtures of feces, urine, etc. The sound of "etc." should be combined with both, a small amount of practiced feces, urine, etc. is the meaning of the vow, and a very large amount of water and sandalwood, etc. is the meaning of fragrance. "Always" means every day. Meditating on the eyes, etc., generates intelligence, and that place of practice is in the center of the breasts, etc. The five tribes refer to the five tribes. Is it the self-nature of the body or not? It is said that the son of the Victorious One, because the self-nature of the Victorious Ones possesses it, so it is the son of the Victorious One, meaning the seed of the Victorious One. Knowing the ritual is knowing the reason. Among them, the reason is this, the edge of the crown of the head is the top of the head, and from the center of that to the center of the breasts, the letter Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) should be written in an extended manner. The center of the breasts is the heart, which means all the near shore of that. From the center of the breasts to the navel, the letter Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) should be written.
