Therefore, since the activities of various purposes are made meaningful, they are not devoured by demons, which means "meaningfully accomplished." The words "and so on" refer to those that have become the main part, because these five themselves are the mandala. The words "for example" refer to fully showing the equality with the sphere of space. The words "for example" refer to the meaning of being completely clear. The words "sesame pod" refer to the pod of sesame seeds, for example, it is tightly filled with sesame seeds, similarly, all Tathagatas appear to be very full in the entire sphere of space, which means completely appearing, therefore, in all world realms, sentient beings can see, which refers to this meaning. If the Tathagatas fill the space without any gaps, where are the Bodhisattvas? Where is the opportunity for sentient beings? If someone asks, who sees now, or from where to where will they come? The controlling power of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is inconceivable, and because they are special teachers, therefore, by placing immeasurable Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and immeasurable self-nature Dharma-originated handprints into one, without the need to subdue, therefore, for those who have a lot of learning and thinking, there is nothing to be surprised about. Thus, only these are the beginning of the tantra, and the others are the body of the tantra. Among them, the first chapter is the tantra arising from means, because the Bhagavan's supreme secret union arising from means is what is taught by it. As it is said: "The lord of all auspicious Buddhas, the place of the great Vajradhara, the means arising from all Buddhas, that itself is the Dharma-nature of Dharma." It will be explained in this way. Starting from the second chapter, up to the sixteenth chapter is the tantra of means. Thus, there are four means, namely: recitation, near accomplishment, accomplishment, and great accomplishment. Among them, the four chapters with joy are the great accomplishment, because it itself is for showing it.

Therefore. The four chapters of the complete are practice. The four chapters of the two are near practice. The four chapters of the three are recitation. It is also said that the fifth and the ninth, the tenth and the seventh and the thirteenth, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the teachings are great practice. The fourth and the sixteenth, the eighth as well as the twelfth, the common work of the masters, and the accomplishment of asceticism is the discipline. The sixth and the second, the tenth and the fourteenth, the fierce behavior follows and, the near practice is the discipline. The seventh and the third, the tenth and the first and the fifteenth, the realm of accomplishment and the signs, and the discipline of recitation and practice. It is said that the Tathagatas have spoken from below. Here, the so-called great practice means great practice. The discipline of practice, which is said at the end of the four verses, should be viewed at the end of the two verses. The so-called ten and seven is the seventeenth. The so-called six is the sixth. The so-called ten and one is the eleventh. The so-called ten and five is the fifteenth. These seventeen chapters were spoken by Bodhi Vajra in the root tantra. The eighteenth chapter is the later tantra spoken by all the Tathagatas, which clarifies the hidden words and meanings of the root tantra. Therefore, here, four chapters and four chapters each closely collect one method, four chapters in a group have four methods, the first is born from the method, these seventeen are combined with the method and what is born from the method, and the eighteenth clarifies it. Thus, the eighteen chapters and so on, combined with the method and what is born from the method, and combined with the clarifying, are collected, so this tantra is the connection and collection of the chapters. There, because it is the main thing, what is said in the first chapter is what is born from the method, and the practice that arises from it, and the great practice is also shown. Thus, here, the secret assembly of all the Bhagavan Tathagatas is born from the method.

Those practices and their secrets, one realizes oneself as being of the same taste. After realizing oneself, one thoroughly separates those great practices and accurately shows them to others. Thus, with the distinction of self and other, this secret gathering is of two forms, therefore, because it is of the nature of not arising without, in order to explain the meaning arising from means, both of these means must also be explained in the first chapter. Among them, the Bhagavan, like an introduction, also shows the practice as his own essence, not in words. The collector also sees it in the same way, and with the blessing of the previous presentation, collects with the words and letters of how it appears, from then on, the Bhagavan Tathagata Vajra Vairocana Mahadeva, until, like the three faces, he is seen by all the Tathagatas, it is collected in detail. "Then" refers to the immediately following the perfection of the introduction. "Bhagavan" refers to the Vajradhara who has the nature of Shakyamuni. "Because of understanding suchness, he is the Tathagata, that is, the meaning of having intelligence. "Vajra Vairocana Mahadeva" means that at that time, he also truly shows his own Bodhi, so he is Vairocana. He truly shows it in five forms, so he is Vairocana Mahadeva. He himself is also this, and universally shows himself as the form of Vajradhara, so he is also Vajra, therefore he is Vajra Vairocana Mahadeva. With the lunar disc, the first Vajra, the first essence, and its rays, attracting all the Tathagatas, merging, and completely combining in the form of mantra, these five forms, with the glorious first body of three faces and six arms, appearing in the heart in the manner of blessing with the suchness of the moon, Vajra, and mantra, is the meaning of this. The great desire of all the Tathagatas refers to everything melting from the ritual that appears below.
