In this way, I have collected what I heard as it was, not having heard it in one place and collected it in another. There are no faults of carelessness such as forgetting or adding. This is its meaning. By doing so, it should be understood that words like "Thus have I heard," as well as brief summaries of the subject, chapters, and sutras, are permitted by the Bhagavan. Therefore, places that are in accordance with the teachings, where the Bhagavan occasionally resides, and gatherings of retinue that are in accordance with the teachings, are the subject matter. That is to say, one should mention "At one time," etc., and connect it with "At one time, the Bhagavan resided." Time is the hour. As for "Bhagavan," it refers to the six perfections such as power, as it is said: "Power and beauty, glory and fame and wisdom, diligence perfectly complete, one who possesses these six is called virtuous." Like that. Because he possesses these qualities, he is called "Bhagavan." Thus, power itself is being not under the control of others. This is the perfection of the Bhagavan, because he has abandoned all obscurations, including habitual tendencies. Because he constantly possesses unobstructed wisdom in all aspects towards all knowable things, he is perfect in wisdom. Because he is the basis of all qualities, his sound is widely proclaimed in all directions and corners, so he is perfect in fame. Because he is to be proclaimed by those who desire perfections both worldly and beyond worldly, he is perfect in glory. Because he possesses a body adorned with unparalleled marks and signs, he is perfect in form. Because in all ways, there is no turning back from the benefit of all sentient beings, he is perfect in diligence. So, who is the Bhagavan here? It is the great Vajradhara, who at that time was known as the teacher, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni. "Residing" means abiding. The word "residing" is also used for samadhi, because the Buddha Bhagavan is always in samadhi. Therefore, this and the Bhagavan

If combined, it shows the four abodes of the Buddha. The remaining parts should be combined as appropriate. Among them, any activity of the body of the Buddhas is abiding by their conduct. Any activity of speech is abiding by teaching the Dharma. Entering into samadhi, and any activity of mind that naturally abides, is abiding by samadhi. The activity of mind of the Buddhas looking at sentient beings with their eyes, and gathering the gods, is called abiding by truly abiding within. Where does he abide? Therefore, all the Tathagatas have been mentioned, and so on. Because they realize and know the dharmas as they are, or because they show them as they are, they are called Tathagatas, that is, the Buddhas. Gone means the meaning of knowing. Or, it is used like "གཏ" in the manner of a definitive word. The essence of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas is the ultimate truth of emptiness. Therefore, the triangle is like the sky. By the distinction of body, speech, and mind, it should be meditated as a triangle. Because it has been said. Vajra woman is the ten sciences. The བྷ་ག་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) of these is the lotus. That is the essence, these are not merely women. Then what is it? The essence itself is completely distinguished by the differences of limbs such as breasts and faces. Because it is said: Whatever is non-existent is wisdom. The essence of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas is also that, and it is also the བྷ་ག་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) of the Vajra woman, therefore it is called that, which is the meaning of the symbol of the Dharmadhatu. The Blessed One dwells there, which means in the palace contained within the Dharmadhatu, which is a saying. For example, a rich man living in a city means in a mansion belonging to the inside of the city. Why does he dwell there? In order to show that the Guhyasamaja will be explained, in order to guide those who have that qualification.

Returning. With whom does he dwell? It is said, "Bodhisattva Mahasattva," Bodhi is unsurpassed, perfectly complete Bodhi, for the sake of excellently realizing it. Sattva is intention, and it is manifestly intending to obtain it here. Because these beings have Bodhicitta, they are Bodhisattvas. It is said, "Mahasattva" because these beings have great intention, therefore they are Mahasattvas, because they possess the intention to liberate all sentient beings from suffering. The connection of the meaning of the established is the third, meaning together with them. How many? It is said, "Inexpressible and again inexpressible," the limit of number is inexpressible, and that which possesses that characteristic is also inexpressible, because it is not possible to indicate that there are only these. Whatever is inexpressible, and those inexpressible numbers, it is not possible to express that they are only this much. Thus, in order to indicate those countless numbers by example, it is said, "Buddha-fields," and so on. In as many world-systems as one Buddha appears at one time, that is a Buddha-field, the three-thousand great-thousand world-system. That is, the four continents, the sun and moon, Mount Meru, the gods of the desire realm, and the Brahma worlds filling a hundred kotis. Thus, each of the four continents and so on, a thousand each, that is the small-thousand world-system. A thousand small-thousand is the intermediate-thousand world-system. A thousand intermediate-thousand is the great-thousand world-system, which simultaneously disintegrates and simultaneously forms. As it is said: The four continents and the sun and moon, Mount Meru and the desire gods, A thousand Brahma worlds, Is considered the small-thousand. That thousand is the intermediate-thousand, It is the intermediate world-system. That thousand is the three-thousand, Simultaneously disintegrating and forming. Thus it is said. Buddha
