It is the meaning of action. Praising the body and so on as distinct from [the Dharmakaya], in the manner of its activity, such as saying "space" and so on. The body of space is the body that is one taste in suchness, common to all the Tathagatas. That which arises truly from it is truly born. The speech that reveals selflessness is the speech of space. In order to fully enter into it. The mind of the sphere of reality, which is utterly pure, is the mind of space. There, the Dharma is fully enjoyed. That is the most excellent of them, it is sacred. Conduct is all-encompassing conduct. That itself is the basis and the place, because it abides in that itself and accomplishes Buddhahood. Because the mind acts on everything, it is all-encompassing conduct. In the eighteenth chapter it says: The mind acts on everything, therefore it is called all-encompassing conduct. Therefore, its meaning is that what becomes the main thing is the chapter on the supreme all-encompassing conduct. From the fifth chapter of the Secret Assembly Commentary Garland: A Handful of Flowers. Chapter Six: Commentary on the Empowerment of Body, Speech, and Mind. The near attainment of the supreme accomplishment is the meaning of this chapter. Its characteristic is: "Fierce passion is the summary of near accomplishment." This is what is taught, which means establishing near accomplishment. Among them, the five mantras that empower from realization are passion, because they make the mind happy. The realization to be manifested by them is fierce, because fierce force makes the mind enter into subtle and subtle things. Fierce conduct is the fierceness of vows. Near enjoyment and asceticism are the passion of vows, because they make the deities of those things passionate. All of these are taught in the four chapters. Among them, realization is the main thing, and it has six branches: mantra, great mudra, its practice, body, speech, mind, and wisdom vajra, as well as subtle yoga, and the empowerment of body and so on. Among these six branches, the sixth is the main one because it is the fruit.

It is oral transmission, therefore, through it, the end of showing its meaning is the name of the chapter, and the chapter of blessing body, speech, and mind, which is the sixth, this is explained as the meaning of the chapter of Vajra Arrangement. The chapter of blessing body, etc., is the main part of the meaning, so it is shown first, not because it is the beginning of realization. Because "marked by body, speech, and mind, well speaks the words of Dharma" is said at the end of realization, so it is unreasonable. Starting from "then" etc., here the Lord Vajradhara himself shows the pride of the mind vajra etc. of the nature of immovability etc., expressed in the words of immovability etc. The three inseparable secret vajras of body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas are the mind vajra of the Lord, therefore the mind should be blessed. The samadhi focused on this is also called that. Because it itself is inseparable, it is vajra. Mind blessing is making one's own mind vajra inseparable from two, it is the mantra of its meaning. The mind itself of all Tathagatas is vajra because it is very pure, inseparable from each other, or because it cannot be taken away. The rest is as before. Similarly, the mantras for body blessing etc. should also be observed. "Vajra of the place free from dust", dust is afflictions etc., because it is separated from it, being free from dust is the unpolluted Dharma etc. Those themselves become the basis, so it is the place, because it is the basis of its seed. It is not the place of those with outflows, because it makes its seed exhausted. Thus, the place free from dust is the mirror-like wisdom transformed from the Alaya consciousness. What is the mirror-like wisdom of all Tathagatas, that is the Lord's body vajra, therefore the body should also be blessed. The equality of all Tathagatas should be recognized by Ratnasambhava. That
