Thinking of the various things that are on the seat, knowing the knowable and what is to be known, since they are free from the combination of those different things, one should definitely ascertain that the various seats are inseparable. After that, from the moon of the various seats, the shapes of the moon and the sun, form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, arise sequentially from the vajra-jewel gate, and are arranged in the center, east, south, west, and north parts within the lotus. On the various seats themselves, the forms of the mantras of the five Buddhas, oṃ hūṃ svā āḥ hā (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཨཱཿཧཱ། 梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ hūṃ svā āḥ hā,汉语字面意思:嗡 吽 梭哈 阿 诃), are expanded. Arranging them in those places, as is the order, the constant one, the immovable one, the jewel lord, the lord of speech, and the one who accomplishes meaning, together with their own infinite retinue, come and are absorbed into them. In this way, meditate on the nature of the mandala of the five families until desired. After that, on the seat of the various things, gather the five seats of the five Buddhas. Gathering the five Buddhas into oneself, this is the first limb called gathering separately. After that, from the various things, in the three triangles of the center of the vulva, expand the wheel, lotus, and vajra, which is called the first contemplation, conceptualization. In the center of those, expand the sword, which is called the second contemplation, analysis. In the centers of the four marks, expand the joyful mothers called oṃ āḥ hūṃ haṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ haṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 阿 吽 杭), which is called the third contemplation, joy. After that, thinking of the subtle bindu that arises from gathering the joyful mothers in the center of the essence of the sword, filling it like a pearl, which is called the fourth contemplation, bliss. After that, thinking of the mind-bindu that arises from gathering the marks, being immersed in fire, which is called the fifth contemplation, one-pointedness of mind. This is the second limb called the five contemplations. After that, the various things arise together with the seat, and the combination of the bliss-bindu and the mind-bindu being immersed within, gathered into a great jewel, as fine as a mustard seed, is generated. Bless it with the mantra oṃ dharma dhātu svabhāva ātmako'haṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་དྷརྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ dharma dhātu svabhāva ātmako'haṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 法界 自性 我是). Then, drawing it upwards, placing it on the tip of the nose and meditating, this is the third limb called life and effort. After that, on the moon in the heart, oneself

Think of its mantra, and drop a tiny jewel on its bindu. Meditate firmly on it, then merge the praise into your own mantra, and examine the jewel of the subtle body. Likewise, merging with Āḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), is the subtle of speech. Merging with Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), is the subtle of mind. After that, the three inseparable vajras, that is, the three secrets gathered by your own mantra, should be inserted into the tiny jewel. Thus, until the mind becomes stable in it, this holding is called the fourth limb. Until it is as stable as a chickpea, the union of that fourth limb should be practiced. When the sign of stability is near, then the sixth limb should be perfected. If it has become stable, then the jewel of the mind is lowered into the vajra jewel, and from it the bindu of light is taken out, and from the lotus it is transformed into a subtle wheel, manifesting the subtle wheel that pervades the two bodies and the face of the sky, which is the recollection of the Buddha. Similarly, manifesting the lotus is the recollection of the Dharma. Manifesting the vajra is the recollection of the Vajra. Manifesting the sword is the recollection of the family. Then, inviting the Crown Wheel-Turning King with the mind, inserting it into oneself, and gathering it into a jewel. From that jewel, manifesting its wheel is the recollection of the Wrathful One. From those bindus of light, manifesting the five signs in it. In the center is the yellow wheel. The rest are transformed into four faces, manifesting them, which is the recollection of the samaya. This is called the six recollections, the fifth limb. Then, the jewel of the mind is drawn to the bindu of the mantra in the heart, and placed there, and the signs manifested in the sky are gathered into a single mandala of light. Meditating for a long time in the tiny jewel, like the form of the seat of the Wheel-Turning King, this is called meditation, the sixth limb. At the time of rising, these five verses should be used to make aspirations: What is the body of all the Buddhas? It is completely filled with the five aggregates. By the nature of the body of the Buddhas, may I also become like it. What is the speech of the Vajra Dharma?
