Generating the seed through practice is the entry into Bodhicitta. Destroying all obscurations from it is the realization of Bodhi, for which it is said: Bodhicitta is the supreme dedication, Bodhicitta conduct is the great Vajra. Thus. Praises to the secret of the mind are spoken. The so-called Tathagata, etc., the mind is clear by realizing suchness, and is related to the Buddhas of the three times. Purity is nature, because defilements are temporary. Therefore, it is with the seed of the perfect union of skillful means and wisdom. Because the grasped dissolves, it is holding the body. Because the grasper dissolves, it is holding the mind. Because speech dissolves, it is holding speech. Because it becomes Vajra-holder, it is holding Vajra. Such manifest enlightenment of Bodhi, showing in verses, is the Buddha's supreme display of Bodhi. All of these are the state of Bodhicitta, therefore, all four verses also have the word Bodhicitta added. If in any Mahayana, what is the meaning expressed by the words suchness, true limit, signless, ultimate meaning, Dharmadhatu, Dharmata, etc.? It is emptiness. It is unchanging, therefore it is called suchness. Just as eating water as food, the word "such" shows definite grasping, because it is always suchness. Truth is that very nature, that is suchness. Limit is the supreme, because there is no other that is more excellent than it, therefore this is called the true limit. Appearing as untrue is delusion, and what appears to it is its sign, because it is the object. The opposite of that is signless, because it is not an object of delusion. It is called signless. Supreme is the wisdom that transcends the world, because this is its object, therefore this is called the ultimate meaning. Dharma is the Dharma of the noble ones, because it is excellent. Because they arise by focusing on it, and because it is the cause of all Dharmas, this is called the Dharmadhatu. It is all Dharmas.

Because it is the nature of mind, it is also called Dharmata. In that case, where is it examined? The arising of mind is merely a clear appearance. For example, it is like the arising of space, etc., when a wall collapses. What does that mean? There, the word "mind" refers to emptiness, because it is the nature of mind. If the characteristics of emptiness, etc., are briefly established, what is it? It should be said: Emptiness is of all dharmas, it is the emptiness of two. With the nature of non-duality, it is all of one taste. Because it is emptiness, it is not a thing either. Because they are things, they are not non-things. Because the body is a thing, it is not other. By nature, it is not other. Because the Dharmata of mind is constant, it is said to be like the arising of space. From meditating on its expression, the approximate expression is conventional. With non-elaborate wisdom, the defilements are eradicated from the root, and when the sudden defilements disappear, the nature is pure, so it is said to be pure. If external objects have no meaning, then how do these blue things, etc., appear? They appear as the meaning of untrue meaning, born from the power of habit, like the consciousness of a dream. The Blessed One also said: As a child discriminates, for the sake of meaning, it does not exist. The mind disturbed by habit, appears as meaning. It means that being disturbed by habit is being damaged. If it is known that these are only consciousness, and not external objects, just as the consciousness of a dream appears as that meaning, it is not so even when awake, because only the meaning of blue, etc., appears, and the meaning of mere metaphor is not established. Here it should be said that for this, clarity and appearance, experience, and non-materiality and non-obscurity, these are the characteristics of realization. Blue, etc., are also experienced, and there is nothing other than experience. Therefore, blue, etc., are also established as the nature of realization, and therefore it is established that it is not the nature of external objects, because it contradicts materiality and appearance. Here, the discerning

Some say that if it is true that "the Dharma of things with clarity" is experienced by oneself, then it is done by knowledge, but it is not the characteristic of knowledge. Therefore, it is the Dharma of things, and the cause that makes it clear, knowledge, is the Dharma of a person. If they say that, it is not reasonable, because the nature of things is not common to all people. For example, a red cloth appears red only to the dyer, but it does not appear white to others. So what is it? Because it is red to all people, whoever makes the Dharma of things clear will be seen by everyone, because it is the Dharma of appearance for everyone. Therefore, except for what is not seen by everyone, something seen only by someone will be seen by everyone. Others say that non-materiality and clarity are the characteristics of awareness, and that itself is realization, and that is the Dharma of a person, not the Dharma, because the knowledge of a person knows and grasps things externally, so it is realization. Therefore, things are clear, and clarity is made clear by knowledge. If they say that, it is not reasonable, because the characteristic of clarity, as mentioned before, is experience, and that is not the Dharma of blue, etc. Since that and clarity are not other, others cannot do it either, because it is not clear by itself, so others cannot make it clear, because it becomes clear by being made clear, and not being clear is also contradictory. If it is not clear by itself, what is the fault in being made clear by the one who makes it clear? If so, then becoming clear becomes the nature of the Dharma of things, so it is not the view of the epistemologists, and that fault has already been mentioned. In that way, blue, etc., appear as the nature of appearance, so it is only consciousness empty of the grasped and the grasper. This is the way it abides. Here are the verses: What does not appear will not appear, Others also cannot make it appear. Blue, etc., are appearances, Therefore, it is non-dual knowledge. Furthermore, the appearances of cloth, rainbows, walls, etc., are these one or many? If it is one, then the beginning, the end, and the middle
