It is because of being free from. The all-pervading one is the emanation body that benefits all sentient beings without interruption until the end of samsara by means of various emanations, giving various benefits simultaneously to trainees with various inclinations. Because the activities of each individual, including gods, asuras, and humans, are vast, it is pervasive, and therefore it is the all-pervading one. This is explained: Because its activities are vast, it is known as pervasive. Because it itself does not become exhausted, it is called constant. Thus it is said. Alternatively, that which has form is the supremely pure essence, the nature of the mandala of the support and the supported, the great manifestation of the cause of the benefit of oneself and others. That which is without form is because it is free from the form of investigation, because it is the nature of the dharmadhatu. Because it is profound and free from conceptualization. This is explained: Non-conceptual is profound, vast is the arising of self-nature. These profound and vast are considered to be the nature of wisdom and means. Thus it is said. Therefore, it is all-pervading, because there is no such dharma other than the dharmadhatu. This is explained by reasoning. It is blessed by the inseparable secret of the three-letter essence, such as the heart. The action is to avert those who harm the Three Jewels and engage in the five inexpiable sins, etc., because there is no other means, so it is controlled by great compassion, killing them and causing them to be born as immovable bodies. To steal means to steal other people's women by means of actions such as ignorance. Also, the word "and" indicates lying, which is to benefit those trainees who have fallen due to stinginess, etc. If asked what it does, it is said: Joy and one's own recitation, one's own is by mantra, reciting the name of what is to be accomplished as it is put into it. Joy is only a slight indication, and acceptance, etc., should also be taken as the reason for what was just said. Others say that the action is to go by spreading.

It is beneficial, and those who immediately and truly gather together are seizing. Joy is to make it joyful. And the word "and" includes entering and abiding. Reciting oneself means benefiting sentient beings with anger and so on. Here, is it just recitation without relying on the combination of the three samadhis of one's own deity? If asked, the answer is: "Thus" and so on. Thus spoken, immediately bless the pure essence of the three bodies, the secret of the heart vajra, etc. Anger is Akshobhya, and ignorance is Vairochana. And the word "also" indicates that desire is Amitabha, pride is Ratnasambhava, and accomplishment wisdom is the nature of jealousy. From any of these, according to the way of combination, generate oneself in the order of the sadhana. The three realms are also the names of the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm. Universally with the nature of non-duality, making it as its own nature, or generating with the mind-born body, doing joy and so on is recitation. Killing those who immediately harm the Three Jewels, etc., and concealing the four vows from the Shravakas, etc., who rely on the Hinayana, etc., and those who rely on their own vehicle but have not received empowerment, is secret. Its true accomplishment is the accomplishment of the desired meaning. Similarly, for those sentient beings who have entered into harming the Three Jewels, slightly showing harms such as dreamlike fainting, liberating them from the great suffering of the Avici hell, etc., and generating the image of Akshobhya. It is also for the purpose of placing them in the Buddha-field. Or, those things that transform into the essence of their own nature, from which transforming into the image of Akshobhya is purification, doing that thing. Which ones? They are the Vajra Yogis who have great compassion, indivisible wisdom, and the non-duality of skillful means. Similarly, for those who take what is not given, etc., and those who have degenerated due to stinginess, etc., one should also observe. Similarly, commonly
