From "etc." to the end of "intelligent," it teaches the empowerment of wisdom jnana and the precepts of the characteristics of the asceticism of knowledge. Regarding this, this begins with the asceticism of knowledge of the body, speech, and mind vajra, and this precept is taught in this way. This is from the sixteenth chapter. The realm of sentient beings is limitless, starting from "mother" etc., this precept is extremely rare. These are the words of the seventeenth chapter. "Mother" etc. also refers to being well-trained in mantras and tantras, which refers to the asceticism of knowledge. Extremely faithful, with great wisdom, delighting in beautiful practitioners, diligently practicing one thing, holders of vows with vows. These are the characteristics mentioned regarding the empowerment of wisdom jnana. Similarly, the habituation of wisdom and compassion is known in the world. What kind of precept is this? With compassion and wisdom being extremely familiar, residing in one's own pores, the wise ones spread the clouds of the Buddhas. As stated in the seventh chapter, with rituals and various means, wishing to establish all sentient beings in unsurpassed bodhi with compassion, therefore, may the Sugatas rejoice in this. Wisdom and means being extremely familiar, the mandalas of all the Tathagatas residing in each atom are satisfied with the offering of great bliss, which is the conventional truth. In the ultimate truth, with the single taste of the non-dual Suchness, because there is no clinging to the three edges of all dharmas. oṃ sarva tathāgata anurāgaṇa vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་ནུ་རཱ་ག་ཎ་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व तथागत अनुरगंण वज्र स्वभाव आत्माकोऽहं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata anurāgaṇa vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, Thus Come One, love, vajra, nature, self, I). By this, the various conceptualizations of rejoicing etc. are abandoned. With wisdom, there is also no perversion, because the nirvana that does not abide there is the path of unsurpassed bodhi. Because of examining the conceptualizations of the relationship of mother etc., one does not enter the Suchness of things as they are, therefore it hinders unsurpassed bodhi, so it should be abandoned. In the Pramāṇavārttika, it says: Because the nature of things is different, it is accomplished through the conceptualization of relationships. How existence depends on others, things are related through others. Because it is established, it does not depend on others, even so

I am the result, originating from my own cause, Discriminating thoughts connect with it, There is not the slightest bit that is not a result. Thus it is said. If the connection is dependent on others, If it is established, why is it dependent on others? Therefore, for all things, In themselves, there is no connection. Thus it is from the examination of connection. Furthermore, mothers and so forth are uncertain, because not all are established. If it is said to be established through indication, Then no, that is because of error. For external objects and sounds, because the connection is not established. If it is said to be indicated by the exhaustion of faults, Then no, the exhaustion of faults is difficult to understand. The nature of things, and the words of the speaker who says it is not a result, are separate from that, There is none that is not mistaken. The scriptures and things, if they do not exist, will not arise at all. For the one who has not realized, for whom are those meanings certain? Depending on the differences of people, How else is the meaning of the wise? If it becomes a difference, If the meaning is known, then it is desired. Whether this is so or not, Faults and faultlessness, because they are difficult to understand, are not valid means of knowledge. "Difficult to understand" etc. is from the Commentary on Valid Cognition. "Etc." includes sisters and so forth and things that are not to be eaten. In any case, it is the name of producing and the producer. Like a person with cataracts calling two moons two moons, it is merely due to illusion that they exist mutually. Just as the king among madmen is not mad, the Bhagavan also acts in accordance with worldly customs, and in order to introduce meaning, he teaches in the same way as an elephant looks, and there is no fault. Therefore it is said: Worldly mothers and so forth are also parts of accomplishment, Therefore, do not doubt. Here, the fully ripened Buddha, in all aspects is all-knowing. Oneself here, through the ritual of empowerment, delivers the mudra, or the guru, gives his own mudra to him, By his command, at that time the disciple should rely on him. For the sake of wisdom and intelligence, he gives it, becoming independent, This disciple should always hold it. By relying on that, those will be accomplished. That is what should be diligently practiced and protected. The disciple should not contemplate the consort body of the guru.
