This is the very suchness. Whoever sees it in this way, sees it correctly, thus they see and thus they speak. According to them, since even the object that is the basis of attachment does not exist, then attachment itself will also become completely non-existent. What importance would there be in seeing only the imputed suchness? Therefore, in terms of names, they actually slander both suchness and imputation. Because of slandering imputation itself, it should be understood as the main cause of seeing non-existence. Thus, non-existence is not something that the wise, who practice like Brahma, desire, and one should not associate with them. They destroy themselves and also destroy the views of that world, and so on. The Blessed One, considering this, said: "Here, some people's view of the person is better, but some people's wrong grasp of emptiness is not like that." Why is that? Because the person who holds onto the view of the person is only ignorant of what is to be known, but does not slander all that is to be known. Therefore, they will not be born in the hells, and they will not destroy or deceive others who desire the Dharma and desire to be liberated from suffering, and they will also establish them in the Dharma and truth. They will also not be negligent in the objects of learning. Those who wrongly grasp emptiness are ignorant of the objects of knowledge and also slander all that is to be known. Therefore, they will also be born in the hells, and they will also destroy others who desire the Dharma and desire to be liberated from suffering. They will also be negligent in the objects of learning. Thus, slandering things as they truly are is a complete loss from this Dharma and discipline. How does one wrongly grasp emptiness? Whatever renunciate or Brahmin does not want what is empty of what, and does not want what is empty by what, such a view is called wrongly grasping emptiness. Why is that? Because what is empty by what is non-existent, and what is emptiness is existent, that is why it is logical. If everything is non-existent, then where, what, and by what will it be empty?

Therefore, that cannot make itself become emptiness. Therefore, that kind of thing is a wrong understanding of emptiness. If you ask, how is it a wrong understanding of emptiness? Because for anything, what is missing in it, one correctly sees that it is empty because of that, and correctly recognizes what is left here, that is to enter emptiness as it is, without inversion. For example, for the things called "form" etc., as mentioned before, there is no dharma of the basis of applying "form" etc. and the nature of words, therefore, the things called "form" etc. are empty because of the nature of the words applying "form" etc. What is left of the named things called "form" etc.? For example, it is only the basis and words of applying "form" etc., and both of these are only the existence of things and only the application of the existence of things, correctly recognizing this as it is, not adding anything to what does not exist, nor slandering what truly exists. Neither exaggerating nor belittling. Neither subtracting nor adding. Knowing the inexpressible nature as it is. This should be said that emptiness that is well grasped can be well distinguished by correct wisdom. Therefore, the Middle Way that is free from the extremes of addition and slander is the Middle Way, and it is also the reason for distinguishing between the middle and the edges. Furthermore, what obscures that truth, or what is obscured? Your conventional truth itself is an illusion. The aggregates made by causes can be designated as a person, this is what worldly people say. What completely obscures is conventional truth. Chandrakirti said that not knowing the truth of things themselves is complete obscuration. So, does this exist or not exist in the Bodhisattva? If it exists, how can it be a Bodhisattva because it obscures the knowable? It is only other than conventional truth. Did not see samsara existing.
