This is merely an explanation of the meaning of the sutra "killing sentient beings," and again, one should refer to the explanation in the subsequent tantra, such as "one should generate the wheel of hatred." There are sentient beings who possess countless riches but suffer from miserliness. Their wealth is taken away by wisdom, and the sons of the Buddha, who are like wish-fulfilling jewels, diligently practice for the sake of liberation, thus diligently practicing wisdom and liberation. In order to be free from the adventitious defilements of discriminating the appearance of one's own and others' objects, it is pure in nature, and therefore, like the sky, it is unattached. Because it has mounted the Suchness that should be realized and the one that realizes, it is Suchness. The Vajra Mandala is the Mandala of the Body Vajra. The so-called all Buddhas refers to the Lord of the Mandala. For all the jewels that should be taken, such as emeralds, one takes them with the supreme union, that is, the equipoise of wisdom and means. One should contemplate the form of the Vajra Tathagata. Emanating Tathagatas from one's own pores, placing them in the pile of others' treasures, and contemplating them transforming into emeralds and other forms. All the treasures just mentioned, their respective subtle particles are the nature of the eternal mandala. In terms of the Three Vajras, in order to liberate all sentient beings, especially the miserly ones, from the preta realm, one should manifest great compassion, and contemplate that all dharmas are not born from the face, the three wheels are completely pure, and the rays of light emanating from the body draw them in. With the mouth, one recites "Om Ah Jina Jika Chegi Moei Norbu Jik Dza Hum," and in the mind, one thinks that it is close to the needs of the Three Jewels and so on, and one seizes and draws them in. With the rain of generosity, one draws in, with the wheel of delusion, one draws in. And so on, one should also practice what is said in the subsequent tantra. The one skilled in means will become like a lord of treasures like a wish-fulfilling jewel, because he fulfills all the thoughts of all sentient beings, and everything.

Because it is not knowable by knowledge, it is inconceivable, and it arises dependently. The yogi should act with great compassion. Since the enlightenment of Vairochana, except for sentient beings of other vehicles who are stingy, here the great Bodhisattva, everything to everything, in every way, taking without giving, will instead regress. Furthermore, taking without giving is also applied to regression. This is an explanation of the meaning of the sutra "Joy in Taking What is Not Given." The three words of the red lotus and the jewel mandala are also of Amitabha. "The Buddhas" refers to the mandala assembly. "Everything" refers to the mandala. Giving like to a woman means everything, that is, contemplating that everything has its own luminous consort, and then gradually seizing them and placing them into one's own awareness, which is based on prior pride. Just as the red lotus is not stained by the impurity of color, similarly, the various faults of places, likewise, purify the three realms. One should have faith in the meaning of this verse and enjoy it with non-dual union. Outwardly, one should also enjoy it in the same way for the benefit of them. By forcefully attracting, or controlling, or manifesting from the mind, to the Tathagatas, offering them by dissolving them into the wisdom of one's own luminosity. Therefore it is said: "By the union of the two faculties, enjoy all of them, by the union of the four vows." The Tathagatas do not transgress, the mudra is said to be the vow, with the form of the mind firm. This is said in the Glorious First. The great mudra arises from the mind, the samaya mudra pervades all, the dharma mudra is in speech, the karma mudra is in the body. Because everything is spoken from secrecy, therefore by the union of the four mudras. Secret offerings should be performed excellently, with great dignity in four sessions. This is said in the seventeenth chapter, so also by the union of the four sessions. This is also all of the Vajra Tathagatas.
