"The characteristic of not being sudden" is from the Ornament Sutra. A great being with great power for the benefit of sentient beings is a great Bodhisattva. Where does this great bliss attach? It attaches to the place of sentient beings. So it is said. Thus, the immeasurable one is also the seventeenth. From then on, in this Vajra-sky realm, those sentient beings who arise from the vows of the three bodies, when they are truly touched by the splendor of the Vajra, all of them become possessors of the three Vajra wisdoms of the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha. From this day forward, all sentient beings are called Samantabhadra, Samantabhadra, and all the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas are empowered. This is what the words say. In the secret lotus mandala, as soon as the world of sentient beings is empowered, just as alchemy turns copper into gold, the place is completely transformed, and the aggregates, elements, and sense bases are completely purified. Those who have transformed into Bodhisattvas and Tathagatas are called by that name. "Like this, for example" means like this. The main thing for accomplishing one's own vow is the method of accomplishing the desire deity, which benefits all beings. The wisdom of diligence must also be determined by all the Tathagatas and must not be transgressed. As the Commentary on Valid Cognition says, "For the sake of benefiting others, all actions should be undertaken." Therefore, the vow is the main thing. Like the former, like a vajra, it is a vajra. First, Amoghasiddhi is proclaimed. The phrase "like the vow" indicates that Amoghasiddhi is proclaimed here. The wisdom of diligence will not arise without wisdom like a mirror, so its nature and body, that is, the body vajra, like a vajra, is a vajra. That is the Bhagavan Vairochana, and that is what it is called. Even if that exists, it will not arise without the wisdom of individually and completely realizing the suchness of all dharmas. And what arises from that, its nature is the speech vajra that appears to proclaim the twelve divisions of the Dharma. That is the Bhagavan Amitabha, and that is what it is called. Its completely ultimate result is the realm of Dharma.

I, with completely pure wisdom, whose nature is the mind vajra, is the Thus Come One, the Bhagavan Akshobhya. All of these will not arise without the wisdom of equality, therefore its nature is virtue, the samadhi vajra with the characteristic of one-pointedness of mind. It is the Thus Come One, the Bhagavan Ratnaketu. The empowerments of these, in order, are the complete removal of all obscurations, as well as Kshitigarbha, Lokeshvara, Vajrapani, and Akashagarbha, thus it is said and established. Its necessity is also there, because it is to show its lineage. Whatever Samantabhadra and others are explained in order, can everything be explained in this way? The wise should examine, this tantra is all mixed up. Liberated from afflictions and cognitive obscurations, along with habitual tendencies, therefore it is the Victorious Vajra, which is called Samantabhadra. In the glorious secret tantra, it is said that the Bodhisattva called Victorious is Samantabhadra. The characteristics of hardness, wetness, warmth, and lightness, which are the earth, water, fire, and wind vajras, those are the completely pure nature of the Bhagavan mothers, Buddha Eye, Mamaki, Pandara, Tara, and so on. With the characteristic of making everything understandable, the space vajra, the dharma that arises from the ten powers, etc., is the support for the complete enlightenment of all the Thus Come Ones, that is, it becomes the nature of the great Vajradhara. What is said is: For all the stable and moving vajras, whoever gives the opportunity, therefore the vajra of the space realm, from the definition of the nature of Vajradhara. Thus it is said. Therefore, the nature of space itself is Vajradhara. In order to accomplish the various inconceivable deeds for the benefit of others, such as Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, it also manifests in the form of trees and so on. What is said is: Those in solitary places

May it become a great tree, and also a source of medicine and inexhaustible precious treasures. (The above quote) With the distinction of being satisfactory, unsatisfactory, and in between, the essence of the three is form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and the Dharma-dhatu Vajra that becomes the object of conceptualization, that is, those are the pure essence of the three gifts and so on, and similarly are form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and the Dharma-dhatu Vajras. Because the nature of the Dharma-dhatu is the essence of wisdom and means, and there is no definite sign in the world, therefore, although wisdom is the main thing, all samadhis are shown by the male sign. Here, although there is no difference in the fruit, all the Tathagatas first show these Bodhisattvas, because the word "prostration" refers to the Sugatas, and the word "elder" refers to those who say that one should not prostrate to the Bodhisattvas, in order to explain the reason for their first appearance, just as those who want sprouts take seeds, those who want the Tathagata should also do things like prostrating to the Bodhisattvas, it is said. As it is said in the Arya Dense Array Sutra: "Then, those monks prostrated to the feet of Manjushri, who had become a youth, and said with folded hands: 'The root of virtue of seeing and prostrating to you, the noble person, and whatever other root of virtue I have, may you and the abbot know, and whatever root of virtue I have that the Blessed One Shakyamuni Tathagata has directly realized, may you become like you with this. Similarly, may I obtain nature and body. Similarly, may I obtain form and sound, and similarly, may I obtain such a form of signs and transformations, like you.'" Again, it is said in this very sutra: "Noble son, all elders and those belonging to great lineages should also prostrate to the young prince. The prince should not be disrespectful to elders and those belonging to great lineages. Similarly, to the elder Shravakas and self-
