Because the earth is seen, and because it is not seen, it is not perceived, how can one infer from existence? Because there is no establishment or refutation. You have doubt itself. If you say that because it speaks, it is non-existent, then it is not so, and non-existence and so on will become non-existent. If you say that it is established by near demonstration, then my omniscient one is also the same. If you say that it is established in general, then it is not determined from the beginning. The speaker is pervaded by awareness, and its object is meaningless, but the omniscient one is meaningful. Because it is pervaded by contradiction, it is not so. By what do you want to say the words of the omniscient one? At that time, it is not experience, and when there is experience, it is not there. Therefore, it is the establishment of non-establishment. Or when sleeping due to habit, words are also present without discrimination. When the mind is distracted, like recitation, there is no discrimination in dreams and so on. In order to show true recollection, those who have not examined are not spoken of here. Those who speak like this mostly follow the discrimination of people. The Buddha is always in equanimity, and it is not established elsewhere. From what does the word of the omniscient one come? It is the wisdom of omniscience that leads the way. Therefore, it does not negate existence, but is the kind of people who have doubts. The measure of establishing omniscience is also determined at any time. One who knows everything in every aspect, without which his words are not. This word of momentariness and so on shows the thing itself. Therefore, it is not established as permanent by this cause. Or it is eaten by doubt. From the difference of being born twice and so on, its kind and so on are not determined. If you say that it is by the power of names and so on, it is not so, because it is seen in the young and so on. In the difference of omniscience, the sign of habit is possible. What fault is there in the dharma not being established and so on? It is not so, because only the man is established. Whoever is the word, he is the one who shows it, he is my Sugata. The scriptures that show the self and so on that are harmed by measurement are seen. The self-existent and so on are not omniscient, because the difference is seen by contradiction. The Vedas teach this, and if you say that it is, then it is not because of negation. By following and reversing, it is established as the word of a man. Without cause, one is not born, because of the fault of being eternal and so on. Because the Vedas are the self of words, it is definitely made by a man.

That which makes a distinction is a special word. It is not, because there is no distinction. If it is said that there is a difficult-to-understand distinction, then that is the same for barbarians and others. That which is established by valid cognition, whatever it shows, that is omniscience. In other places, those who can know, seeing this shore, have doubts. The object of the two valid cognitions is established. Some are not harmed by themselves. The measure of speech is not power, etc. Such things are not comparable. Because it is clear by the actions of all the Tathagatas, that clarity itself is the Vajra Arrangement. The third chapter of the Ornament of the Glorious Guhyasamaja is complete. Chapter Four: Explanation of the Mandala of the Hearts of All Tathagatas. "Then" means that it is accomplished without the acceptance of empowerment, subsequent permission, vows, etc., but it is not without a mandala. If the mandala becomes inferior, and the vows are abandoned, then even a small part of the practice will not be accomplished, because the secret nature is not known. As stated in the Glorious All Buddhas. It is also said, "The painted mandala is not shown either," which is to cut off the various discriminations of those to be tamed. All Tathagatas are Vairochana and so on. Also, it is in relation to the assembly of the first chapter. The first Karma Acharya also obtains the signs by first practicing and subtle yoga, etc. In the center of the mandala ground, possessing the three Samadhis, is the Lord Yogi, holding the Vajra Bell. Those who hold it, such as Vairochana, etc., the Yogi disciples, those who dwell in the four directions, such as the east, are requesting to draw the mandala. "All" means that it is peaceful for the sake of purifying the afflictions with imprints and the obscurations of knowledge. Because of that nature, it is the abode of the Tathagatas, etc. Why? Because of what, the ultimate meaning of all dharmas, the nature of selflessness and emptiness, is therefore peaceful. The explanation is the only display. In order to obtain the result that is superior to the mandalas of the Action Tantra, etc., it is excellent, and it is a common request. Because it possesses the signs of the four directions, etc., all signs.
