Thus it has been accomplished. As it is also said in the Lankavatara Sutra: "Birth is not from non-existence, nor are conditions seen. Non-things are not existent, nor are meaningless names. Where the Shravakas and Buddhas, and the Tirthikas, are not the field of activity. Those who have gone to the seventh ground, that is the nature of non-birth. The reversal of cause and effect is what causes the cessation of cause. Establishing only in mind, I say it is unborn. The stream of things without cause, to be examined and distinguished, free from all distinctions, free from existence and non-existence, I say is unborn. Separated from mind and what is seen, both natures are abandoned, the place has changed, I say is unborn." Thus it is. Thereafter, that the selflessness equal to space is not established, is after the Tathagata Ratnasambhava has fully understood the various minds of the beings to be tamed. The selflessness of all the Tathagatas is Vajra, the nature of the emptiness of the selflessness of persons and dharmas is the wisdom of equality. Why? Because non-things are non-dual, and non-things are non-dual. Thus said the Tathagata. Therefore, all dharmas are non-dual, and selflessness is established. Why? Why are the dharmas such as the aggregates, whatever is the nature of form is form, the nature of feeling is feeling, the nature of perception is perception, the nature of formation is formation, the nature of individual consciousness is consciousness, and so on, such as their own nature, and impermanence and so on are common natures, all of which have been abandoned. Thus, the non-nature of the Tathagata is the manifestation of enlightenment, as stated in the Queen Mother Sutra. Thus, from where does the Buddha arise? It is said that it arises truly from the selflessness of all dharmas, the wisdom of equality. Thus it is. In the Compendium on Valid Cognition it is said: "The characteristics of the aggregates and other distinctions, all of which are makers, that distinction is also not that, and that is also free from the characteristics of those. How?"

Why is it able to completely suppress? Because it is the wisdom of diligence, hence the name. Bodhi, meaning there is no need to attain Bodhi, nor is there a need for direct realization, meaning there is no path. Therefore, Bodhi does not exist in the slightest. Why? Because: This mind is by nature luminous, all defilements are adventitious. (From the Commentary on Valid Cognition). It is luminous because it is inherently without substance, meaning it is the Dharma that has abandoned the darkness of ignorance that clings to the apprehended and the apprehender, etc. How to understand? Because it is the same as before, equal to space. Like the water element, gold, and space, like purity, it should be regarded as pure. With such reasoning, it is pure from the beginning, and it has also cleared away the habitual tendencies and the defilements of the afflictive and cognitive obscurations. The rest is as before. Therefore: To dispel false imputation, although there is no liberator, one still strives. (From the Commentary on Valid Cognition). Therefore, hearing and so on are not meaningless. That which can be shaped is form, that which can be experienced is feeling, that which has the nature of holding onto characteristics is conception, and the formations that agitate all minds, and the consciousness that distinguishes each, because of the emptiness of these characteristics, it is said that all phenomena are empty. Merely appearing separately cannot be denied because of the scriptural authority, and ultimately, merely self-awareness, non-duality, cannot be denied because it has been established by valid cognition. Being free from delusion, without defilement, and imperishable, it has been established as the ultimate valid cognition, from the Discrimination of the Definitive and the Indefinitive. Therefore, ultimately, there is not even a little bit, etc., the words of adornment, should also be regarded as striving to refute examination, otherwise, it contradicts valid cognition and scripture, and even Brahma cannot abandon it. The self-awareness that is the non-dual nature of the Dharmadhatu is established by the direct perception of self-awareness. Self-awareness is what is realized, the Dharmadhatu is without cause, it is always present, it is what is seen, it is not adventitious, it is its essence. (From the Ornament of Clear Realization). That which has been established by valid cognition is not harmed by other valid cognition.
