One should contemplate oneself as the form of (the deity) and so on. Among them, first contemplate the goddess Gauri, who is white in color, wears the crown of Akshobhya on her head, has a braid entwined with various flowers, possesses all excellent forms, and is adorned with all kinds of ornaments. She stands with her left leg extended on a sun disc of various lotus petals, is clad in the burning rays of the sun, is equally united with the glorious Vajra Dakini, and draws the bow up to her ear. With the four freedoms of the nature of emptiness and so on, the four powers pierce the heads of the four-faced Brahma, which are the nature of the opposing side. The rest should be understood as the glorious vows. Keep it secret with the characteristics of the place. The saying, "Keep this secret with the half-moon," should be understood, and keep it secret with the extraction of the essence and so on, so that it is accomplished as the form of Akshobhya, and so are the others. With the rite of the nine activities of the nature of body, speech, and mind, it should be done for the sake of the Three Jewels. For that very reason it is said: "In all realms of sentient beings, may the body of the Buddha always arise." and so on. The saying, "By combining body, speech, and mind," means that one should meditate on the body, speech, and mind without interruption, just as one would rub wood to make fire, and one will eventually attain siddhi. If one cannot always meditate, then one should prostrate. "Meditation" is what yogis do. Visualizing the mandala of Vajrasattva and visualizing oneself as the nature of Vajra, which pervades all bodies, is the prostration here. By manifesting as the form of the nature of the five families, one should contemplate all realms of sentient beings as they are, and this will become the supreme prostration of the three vajras. By the union of one's own deity, extracting the five nectars that possess fragrance and delicious taste, filling the entire realm of space, and offering them to the Buddhas of the three times, it becomes the vows of approach and so on. For the sake of the invisible, one should practice on the object of support and so on with equality with space, dividing it into four sessions. The saying, "Meditate on the headdress and so on," means that with the distinction of the families, (visualize) the body vajra.
