Again, the perpetual ones are elaborated, and the empowerment is performed in the same way. As clearly stated in the sutra "Vajra with Lotus": "Residing in the center of the sphere of space," etc., it is the characteristic of a mandala possessing great power. It is virtuous because it is the vehicle of virtue. The Dharma-holder Amitabha, together with the vidya, is yellow in color, full and pleasing. It is contemplated that those who are similar to this mandala are completely surrounded, and their hearts are focused on. As previously stated, it is surrounded by the mantra of the White-Clad Mother. The White-Clad Mothers fill the entire sky, and then, having gathered them again, they are placed into the body of the one to be accomplished as before. It is said in that very sutra: "Descend upon that desire." Thus it is. Contemplate that the multitude of immeasurable light, arising from the pores of one's own body, is expanded and then gathered again, and placed at the end of the empowerment in the same way. This, as it is said, is what was just mentioned. In the empowerment, Vairochana abides. Elaborating, it is said: "The sphere of space," etc. The vajra crescent mandala, that is, the characteristic of the wind mandala having the form of a half-moon, in the empowerment ritual, red is spoken of. The supreme of the vajra space dharma is Amoghasiddhi. "Desire" is the prayer to desire to make all beings free. "Buddhas" refers to Amoghasiddhi and others. "Bodhisattvas" refers to the forms of the Holy Tara. The meaning is this: abiding in the aforementioned mandala, the red Amoghasiddhi, with the true attachment born of great compassion for all sentient beings, with the nature of wisdom and means, contemplate oneself and the mandala assembly similar to that, and as before, contemplate that it is surrounded by the garland mantra of the Holy Tara. Contemplate that the assembly of the Holy Tara, with the red color of true attachment emanating from the door of light born from the mantra, fills the sphere of space. Having truly gathered them, they empower him with the nectar of the red vase, and urged by the fire of the mind of desire, the five lights blaze.

The red Bodhicitta streams manifest, requesting the assembly of Noble Tara to bestow empowerment. Similarly, the assembly of Amoghasiddhi emerging from one's own pores also grants empowerment. The term "that" refers to engaging in the meaning of empowerment. The term "immediately" refers to the mind-steadfast yogi, upon accomplishment, immediately entering the hearts of all Buddhas. Serene means gentle, as it is free from the heaviness of afflictions and cognitive obscurations. Auspicious refers to the complete nature of the accumulation of merit and wisdom, a body similar to that. The meaning is that immediately after empowerment, one will be able to accomplish the task of controlling all beings merely by seeing them. As it is said, "Controlling all beings, merely seeing is spoken by oneself." Thus it is said. Vajra Wrathful One's activities. Having briefly indicated this, the extensive explanation states, "Space Vajra," and so on. Wrathful and displeasing, fierce and terrifying wrathful deities such as Yama, the Lord of Death, and those who act with ferocity as if without compassion, engaging in hatred. Jackals and other carnivorous various livestock and birds. Arising from the fire mandala (seed syllable: རཾ,梵文天城体:ram,梵文罗马拟音:ram,汉语字面意思:Ram), dwelling in the burning and luminous triangular form, those who cause harm to the Three Jewels and others, those who have joined the supreme benefit of self and others and have fallen away, therefore, one should be certain that they are those who harm all Buddhas. One should meditate on the union of the nature of wisdom and compassion, and the equality of skillful means and wisdom. In all these rituals, one should observe the activities arising from meditation. As it is proclaimed, having preceded the yoga of any wrathful deity dwelling in the fire mandala as spoken, similarly, the one to be slain, whose mouth is opened downwards, accumulating sins, visualize them as a naked, disheveled-haired body smeared with black oil, dwelling in the fire mandala in front, terrified and fainting. Emerging from one's own pores
