Meditating and generating the body blessed by so-and-so, etc., is proximate accomplishment. Thus it is said, according to the ritual, from the form of the deity arising from the melting of the moon, after blessing it in the realm of reality, like the eyes and so on, the one with the nature of blessing is proximate accomplishment. Since it is the time to explain the accomplishment, for a while, the accomplishment of siddhis is spoken of, such as "as long as" and so on. The so-called "seeing" is to make manifest. The so-called "kinds" are the differences between ordinary siddhis and supreme siddhis. The so-called "meditating for six months" means that from the beginning of the practice until the completion of six months, it should be done in this way. The so-called "as the vows and rituals that have been spoken of" means that in whatever practice, whatever vows and so on have been spoken of, one should act without deviating from them. The so-called "fierce application" means that no matter when, even if the correct ritual is applied many times, the practice is not accomplished, then at that time, one should practice with the fierce application spoken of in the tenth chapter. Now, it is distinguishing the correct application of the ritual and explaining the limbs of the practice, such as "great desire" and so on. With the samadhi of great desire, all the Tathagatas are absorbed into oneself, and then taken out in the form of the nine goddesses such as the eyes and so on, and practiced, that is, the body of the vidya that is the same as oneself should be incorporated into oneself as it is. These are in the introductory chapter, the assembly of the Tathagatas is transformed into the form of the eyes and so on, and absorbed into wisdom, it should be known in this way. Now, it is said that the Bhagavan arises from the wisdom of non-duality through mixing, such as "completely transformed" and so on. With the form of the great mudra, completely transformed in the manner of the melting of the moon, etc., are the four mudras. The so-called "in that mandala, one should always be" means that in the palace, one should contemplate the four goddesses such as the eyes and so on, which are the nature of great compassion and so on, abiding in one's own direction, this is its meaning. The so-called "all wheel-holders" means that
