Chapter Eighteen: Explanation of Blessing with Vajra Wisdom, Which Reveals All Secrets. Chapter Eighteen: Explanation of Blessing with Vajra Wisdom, Which Reveals All Secrets. Homage to the Bhagavan Manjushri Kumara! Now, in order to dispel the doubts of future beings, in the manner of the tantra of the later tantras, after the explanation of the seventeen chapters, the explanation of the eighteenth chapter begins with "Then," and so on. Is it the empowerment of all the Tathagatas? Or, because it possesses this empowerment of all the Tathagatas, it is the empowerment of all the Tathagatas, that is, the vajra of bodhi. The revelation of the secrets of its body and so on has been briefly shown in the seventeen chapters. "Of all things" means in the manner of conventional truth and ultimate truth, or because it has not become the nature of another mind. "How" means in what way can it be seen, heard, and understood. "When" means at what time and what is appropriate, not exceeding that time. "Seeing" means in the manner of the body vajra. "Hearing" means in the manner of the speech vajra. "Having understood" means in the manner of the mind vajra, that is, the meaning of having made manifest the nature of the body vajra and so on. Again, "seeing" means having ascertained with the knowledge of the nature of thought. "Hearing" means having firmly grasped with the knowledge of the nature of hearing. "Having understood" means having clarified with the knowledge of meditation. "Thus he requested" means that in the following order, the meaning taught in the tantra is spoken. "Emaho," and so on, is his (Vajrasattva's) own speech. "Samantabhadra" means that for those who follow attachment and so on, he completely accomplishes the benefit of following them, so he is better, more beautiful, and more auspicious than this, so the great Vajradhara is called by that name. Also, it is said in the Vinaya Lama: "Why is diligence like dust and darkness, Also able to accomplish the benefit of sentient beings

, is a follower of the Bodhi conduct. Therefore, I am always good. This is what is said. Body and so on are certain, which means to definitely make it in the form of body vajra and so on. The so-called three vajras refer to the indivisible form of body vajra and so on. The so-called always means at all times. The so-called three vajras refer to the body and so on of the three realms. The so-called abiding refers to entering in the manner spoken at the time of the completion of the seventeenth chapter, which is very wonderful in itself. The so-called all sentient beings refers to sentient beings included in realms, birthplaces, and destinations. The so-called nature of the three-time vajra refers to the true manifestation in the past and other Tathagata essences. Therefore, it means to obtain the position of Bodhi Vajra, and one should regard it as obtaining the position of the Great Vajradhara and only regard it as its own nature. The so-called Emaho peaceful means that all the nets of distinctions are peaceful, because it is the nature of suchness. The so-called transcendence of the senses means that it is not the object of the senses. The so-called Emaho continuation of samsara means that due to the influence of those to be tamed, the incarnation continuously abides in all samsara. The so-called Emaho supreme nirvana means that understanding the equality of existence and peace is the nature of non-abiding nirvana, which is the nature of the complete enjoyment body. Or, the so-called Emaho peaceful means that it is wonderful to make greed and so on peaceful by closely enjoying greed and so on. The so-called transcendence of the senses means that we have never seen such a thing. The so-called Emaho continuation of samsara means that on the aggregates and so on of the non-existent nature, one clings to the continuation of birth, dwelling, and destruction, or the destruction in the form of Tathagatas and so on. The so-called Emaho supreme nirvana means that it is the nature of pure aggregates and so on, free from untrue fabrications and slanders.

Thus it is declared: Whatever is not truly real, such as the body, etc., that which is Nirvana here, that is wonderful. To this also: Samsara and Nirvana, these two do not exist, if Samsara is fully known, it is said to be Nirvana. Thus it is said. 'With one voice' means with one sound, with one intention, spoken in words, up to this point. 'Source of qualities' means that those who desire liberation should learn and practice, therefore it is merit, such as the ten powers, etc. The source of those is the inexhaustible state or collection. Now, 'secret', here from 'to whom to do' to 'how will the supreme assembly of actions perform in various ways', and according to the answer spoken below, from where does the wrathful king arise, and what is transformed from arising, what is the king of wisdom of ga, who is the owner of the vajra, after putting in these four questions, the number of the collection of words of the fundamental questions of the Bodhisattvas, fifty-seven, is spoken. Whatever is asked here, and well combined with the answer, the future debate and the answer that will become, those will be shown. Some say that here the Bodhisattvas asked seventy-two questions. The great Bodhisattva Vajradhara means the great Vajradhara who has become the nature of wisdom inseparable from method and wisdom. 'Perfectly complete Buddha' means the one who has perfectly awakened with the non-inverted wisdom of the nature of the five perfections, that is, having the perfection of wisdom and the perfection of abandonment, and the perfection of compassion and the perfection of inexhaustibility, and the perfection of unequaledness, therefore it is said to be Buddha. 'Sugata' means Sugata because of going to beauty, etc., that is: external goers are not beautiful, learners return again, non-learners are not completely without remainder, Sugata can go in all three ways. Thus it is said.
