让Ra Lotsawa(译师名)高兴。

May Ra Lotsawa be pleased. For the infinite realms of sentient beings, to the mothers who hold vows. The meaning of this should be understood from the guru's instructions. Holding vows means the union of deities generated as they appear to oneself, or being extremely diligent in upholding vows and commitments. To enjoy means to be satisfied by entering into union with devotion to one's consort. Body, speech, mind, and enjoyment, this refers to the great Vajradhara himself. The three secret places abide, born of Vajra. This refers to the nature of method and wisdom, supremely unpolluted, the nature of great bliss. To accomplish means to perfect oneself. Good means to generate all virtues for all sentient beings at all times. Here, it is forever indestructible. This means that here, even actions that are considered contradictory are done for the benefit of sentient beings. In whatever way, it is accumulating the accumulations of merit and wisdom, and there is no exhaustion or change for me. Having generated a superior intention, in order to benefit others, with the union of deities as a precursor, one should engage in effort at all times. This is what is being taught. The word "intention," its meaning is very easy to understand. If one becomes weary from meditation, permission is given (for certain actions) to dispel the weariness. From then on, etc., it is said like this: For a yogi who is weary from meditation, etc., on his own head, smear the five amritas to the height of a palm, the five amritas residing in the center of the lunar mandala. Visualize the light of the seed syllable (Oṃ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) residing therein, becoming liquid like melting butter, and then, a stream of nectar as cool as snow descends from the crown of the head, from the nostrils to filling the entire body, until all bodies, such as the Vajra body, are satisfied as in the ritual. Do not build stupas. This means that for a yogi who wishes to practice continuously, the perfection of one's own deity is itself the act of building a great stupa. To strive for recitation, the recitation itself is the reading of scriptures. To contemplate the mandala that pervades the ten directions, possessing adornments, etc., is itself the extremely vast mandala.

Then, what is the reason for other external mental distractions? Because of accumulating small merits, yogis should not do things like building stupas. Sometimes, those who abide with manifest pride through the practice of meditation are not prohibited, because that is the cause of accumulating merit. Or, one should not read scriptures. This refers to the act of merely reading without regard to the meaning being prohibited. That is to say: The body should read here, what will happen by reading with speech? Merely reading medical texts, what benefit is there to the patient? It is said. 'Arising from the mind,' for other words, its meaning is arising from the mind, that is, arising from the mind, feeling and mind, as well as perception and intention, and touch, etc., these should not be done. It means not giving the mind a chance to be distracted by thoughts. 'Three Vajras,' etc., one should not prostrate like ordinary beings. It is not that one should not do it at all, because the ritual of prostration has already been explained before. For the sake of taming those to be tamed, the ritual of enjoying poison is explained. From then on, etc., placing (seed syllable) bhūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: भूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhūṃ, Literal meaning: earth) in the center of the wheel, refers to having the practice of a Chakravartin with a topknot, etc., from one's left hand, placing a piece of poison in the center of the eight-spoked wheel arising from the letter bhūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: भूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhūṃ, Literal meaning: earth). Some think that a letter like the shape of the letter 'ta' is in the center of the wheel. Then place three letters with white rays of light on it, then make it white, visualize it like nectar, touch the tip of the ring finger, first grasp it with two teeth, and eat it with the fearless practice of one's own white deity form, and the poison will disappear. In order to crush the pride of those who eat poison, such as heretics, likewise, make it stiff with a burning yellow color. To make it a great poison, put the great poison of black light, Halāhala, into it. Likewise, with very great power, make it heavy. When applying it, one should visualize it as if it were a burning flame. Likewise, one should practice.
