Pala. All desires, including form, etc., and the indivisible nature of self-appearing wisdom. Its enjoyment is through the union of skillful means and wisdom, transforming the entire realm of sentient beings into Samantabhadra. That is the glory of the Vajra and all the Buddhas. Whoever possesses the perfect Samadhi that precedes the Bodhicitta is called that. The one called "Vajra of Vows" is the secret Vajra, the essence of the five wisdoms. In some places, there is the term "Wheel of Vows," which means that the wheel of the inner mandala possesses the four limbs of Samadhi. The one called "All Space Realm" refers to the Dharma-originating palace, etc. The nature of all Tathagatas being completely transformed, filled with the essence of Bodhicitta at the time of empowerment for sentient beings. This is also what is said in the first chapter: the Vajra vow of all Tathagatas arises, blessed by words, and should be regarded as empowerment. The one called "Seeing" is realization. The one called "Equality of all Dharmas of all Buddhas" is non-duality. It is the characteristic of greatly displaying dance for the benefit of sentient beings. Regarding "the words of desire's letter": Desire is great compassion. The letter is wisdom and intelligence. Because they can realize and understand, these are their words. The nature of pure aggregates, realms, and sources is both desire and word, so it is called the word of desire. Through them, realizing the Bodhi of the Buddhas, obtaining wisdom that transcends everything, is truly wonderful. Thus it is said, considering all things as deities inseparable from skillful means and wisdom, and then meditating on the nature of all things. How to meditate? "Fearless, not manifest, unspeakable, non-conceptual." Thus it is said. These are the nature of wisdom, called obtaining Buddhahood. The object of aggregates, etc., is to prevent, proclaim the suchness of the deity, and proclaim the ritual of gathering. In "non-form aggregate," etc., form.

The aggregates, etc., arise dependently, therefore, by their very nature, they are unborn, so their purity is accomplished. This means that even Vairochana Buddha, etc., do not exist. As it is said in the scriptures: Those that arise from causes, from what are they non-existent? How are they not clear? They are like reflections. Thus it is said in the scriptures. Since desire, etc., arise only from conceptual thought, therefore, to explain that they do not exist, it is said in the scriptures: not desire, etc. Desire is not a city of the senses, nor is it a meaningless mind, it does not abide in oneself, nor does it abide in others, it is neither existent nor non-existent, neither false nor true. Thus it is said. Similarly, hatred and delusion, and all the afflictions that arise from them, the cycle of the three realms, are born from the poison of conceptual thought. Thus it is said. Not non-Dharma, this means that, by its very nature, it is the self-nature of the Dharmadhatu, therefore, all things are without defilement and purity. This is its meaning. Thus it is said, in order to summarize the key points of meditation, after making offerings, etc., how to integrate the mandala of the guru deity into oneself as it is, visualizing the aggregates, etc., as the form of the syllables that generate the aggregates, etc., and then integrating all of this into the three syllables, and focusing on the yoga that is non-dual with space, and then rising. Thus it is said in the scriptures, in the twelfth chapter: The vajras of body, speech, and mind, meditating as body, speech, and mind, without conceptual thought, without attachment, without attachment to equality. Thus it is said. Furthermore, in the Samantabhadra Prayer, for praise and offerings, etc., requesting the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to descend, the yogi should diligently practice, using mantras such as Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) to gather the mandala, making the body, etc., eternal. Thus it is said. After perfectly bestowing empowerment and granting blessings as they are, the future yogi will also entrust the treasure of the Dharma to the disciple. To teach this, it is said: Hold this, etc., in order to be easily understood.

O! It is spoken in order to realize the nature of all things as Bhagavan. Starting from "Then Vairochana" etc. The meaning of this is that the mandalas of the nature body of all moving and unmoving things abide without difference by their own nature, because they are not separate from the body. Some think that this is the speech of purity and mind. Some think that the body of the Tathagata, etc., and the body of the three existences, etc., are made into one taste in the nature of the Dharmadhatu, and abide by that nature. By this, the inconceivable nature, Bhagavan glorious Vajrasattva, is declared as the nature of all things. This refers to what has just been said, that is, the ritual of the meaning shown in seventeen. It is said up to the time of "giving the teaching." It is said thus, that when the Bhagavan was dwelling in the palace of Dharma-arising, together with the retinue of Bodhisattvas, Mahasattvas, etc., and was speaking the meaning of the tantra as it was said, I heard it thus. The difficult commentary on the glorious Guhyasamaja, made by the blessed one, the explanation of the seventeenth chapter is complete. Chapter Seventeen, Explanation of the King of Vajra Blessings, called the Vows and Samayas of all the Tathagatas.
