From the Vajradhātu-īśvarī and other Buddha mudrās, truly beginning, there is the saying, "Empower with garlands in the four directions." The Yoga Tantra also shows the possession of the five Tathāgata crowns. Also in the Anuttarayoga Tantra. In the Glorious Union Equal to All Buddhas: Briefly, on the crown of the head and forehead, On the sides and likewise on the back, Of all the Buddhas, the precious, Supreme crown is immutable. Thus it is said. In the Glorious Guhyagarbha Tantra: The Buddha who has completed empowerment, Is truly endowed with silk and garlands. Thus it is said. Also in Anuttarayoga, it is the one empowered by the Tathāgatas, what is said? In the Glorious Tantra Equal to Space: The crown of the five Buddhas, Which is the nature of Dharma, In the three realms, desiring Dharma, I prostrate to Vajrasattva. Thus it is said. Likewise, one should realize for oneself in that and other Yoga Tantras, etc., but I have not written them due to the fear of many texts. Therefore, this is the meaning of Vajrasattva, etc. The so-called Vajrasattva is Vajra Heart. This union is the union of the nature of skillful means and wisdom. Pleasing the Vajra-bearing Buddhas, the so-called ones are the Tathāgatas such as Akṣobhya. Buddha Bodhi is the great Vajradhara himself. Its excellent distinction is mainly the Tathāgatas such as Akṣobhya. That which pleases the Vajradharas means from the great Vajradhara, the meaning of the five Tathāgatas empowering this. Speaking with regard to the Bodhisattvas, it is said thus regarding the so-called Vajra, etc., on the heads of Kṣitigarbha, Locanā, Rūpavajra, etc., one should contemplate the lords of their respective families. Six Chakravartin Kings, The crest jewel is what is taught. From the words of the eighteenth chapter. For Yamāntaka and others, it should also be said that empowerment is given by the lord of one's own family.

The spoken words, such as "Wrathful One," etc. As for "Vidyaraja, the supreme Dharma," Vidyaraja refers to Ksitigarbha and others, as well as the eyes and so on. The supreme Dharma is Vajrapani, therefore it refers to Rupa-vajra and others. As for "Meditate on the glorious Three Jewels," one should meditate on the jeweled crown marked with precious gems. These themselves are referred to by names such as Vidyarajni. As stated in the eighteen sections: The six, such as the Samaya-vajra, the five, such as the earth, the arising and the arising from the famous, are called Vidyarajni. The six, such as the Rupa-vajra, should be remembered as Vajrapani. Thus it is said. Some say that when bestowing empowerment upon the Vidyadharas, they say "Glorious Three Jewels," etc. The Kulesvari is like the eyes and so on, and the goddesses such as the similar messenger-mothers. As stated in the eighteen sections: The four enjoyments, great power, are known as Vidyarajni. Thus it is said. In conjunction with that, meditate on Amitayus, which is conquering the Mara of death, which is Amitayus, which is all the Tathagatas. According to the distinctions of their families, on the heads of the messenger-mothers and so on, one should meditate on the family lord. For those who do not need Abhisambodhi, these have been differentiated. Other than that, those who are not in the mandala are for the purpose of showing the empowerment by their own family lord. Vidyarajni is the Vidyadhara, and some think that on his head one should meditate on Amitabha. The mantra of all actions is the one who sends. On them, one should meditate on Amoghasiddhi. Here, after speaking of the distinctions, it is spoken of in general. As for "all," etc., on the heads of all, that is, the worldly and transmundane deities, one should meditate on Vajradhara, because he is the nature of various kinds. As stated in the Net of Illusion: Vajrasattva, the great hero, completely fulfills the minds of all beings, repeatedly urging that very nature, abiding in the means of all kings. Thus it is said. Therefore, empowerment.

It should be said that all empowerments are the Bhagavan. The phrase "In the Mantra Tantra of the Yakshini" means to be respectful of the mantra for the sake of the Yakshini. The phrase "The Lord of Death, Yama, should be observed" means that in order to accomplish the Yakshini, one should also be in union with the yoga of Manjushri, so one should visualize the Lord of Death, Yama, on her head, because all Yakshinis depend on him. The position of the empowerment deity is definitely stated. In the phrase "all," etc., with the nature of skillful means and wisdom, with the yoga of all Buddhas, etc., the deity's head is the crown of the head. Empowerment is to visualize empowerment. This itself, like skillful means, shows the wisdom empowerment of that. The phrase "With this Samadhi Vajra" means with the mandala of the deity of Samadhi by the immediately spoken empowerment sequence. The phrase "Mandala of Pleasing Mantra" is the mandala that pleases the deity with the previous recitation, and it shows the benefit for the practitioners to obtain the desired result. The phrase "Accomplisher of Great Vows" is also for the accomplishment mandala of the Great Vajradhara, etc., and it is done with this wheel of Samadhi, which is related to the previous one. It is said like this, that during the previous recitation and practice, one should also visualize the empowerment mandala in this way. In order to ascertain one's own accomplishments, etc., the yoga of invoking the deity into the vessel is explained, starting from the phrase "After that," etc. The phrase "Make the Samadhi Vajra well" means to focus unwaveringly for the purpose of invoking the deity into the vessel, etc. The phrase "Recitation" means that one should recite. "The yoga of mantra" means the yoga of placing the mandala of the Great Authority, etc., with Hum, etc., as it is. What will happen by doing this? What is said starts from the phrase "Vajra," etc. The phrase "Various actions" means that everything, such as writing the mandala, is wonderfully complete. Here it is explained in detail, in the phrase "Vajra Dharma," etc., that the letter A is the image of infinite manifestation.
