It is because it arises from the secret offering. The secret is bodhicitta, and enjoying it as it is will become the benefit that is spoken of. The so-called "meat" is horse meat, as it is said: With the oath of horse meat, one attains invisibility. That is the meaning. The so-called "after praising" is to praise with three syllables. The so-called "ritual" is to possess purification and so on. The so-called "taking it as it is said in the ritual" is to eat and so on, together with the horse meat, after purification and so on have preceded it, to praise it manifestly with three syllables, and then to eat it together with the consort. If it arises from the lower path, placing the food in a closed bowl, purifying it well with the ritual, praising it one hundred and eight times with three syllables or one's own mantra, and then eating it, even the Buddha will not see it. At the time of a solar eclipse, the practitioner, this is the oral instruction. Similarly, it can also be done with the practice of dog meat and so on, as it is said, dog meat and so on, it is easy to understand. Now, with "proclaiming" and so on, with the difference of the five families such as Vairochana and Akshobhya and the three bodies, it is arranged to accomplish invisibility with eight kinds of Rilu. Among them, camphor is bodhicitta. Sandalwood is bone marrow oil. Cow-yellow is the heart. Agarwood is Vairochana. Saffron is self-born blood. This also has differences in name. Camphor is called camphor juice. Sandalwood is bone and fat. Agarwood is said to be excrement. Kusuma is blood, saffron is said to be lotus-born blood. Si-hla is said to be urine. Meat with blood, cow-yellow is what people like. Thus it is said. From all the gods, whatever one desires, proclaiming the accomplishment of invisibility, blessing and so on, is easy to understand. The practice of Rilu is shown very clearly in the twelfth chapter, therefore it is not discussed here. In the wheel of the gods, lineage asceticism. That is, a goddess who does not go to others. The so-called abiding in the form realm means wanting to attain the first dhyana and so on, being free from desire. The so-called great power is that which cannot be destroyed by others. Then

Thus and so forth, the great being spoke. Emaho means wonderful, because it is the power of inconceivable jewels, mantras, and medicines. 'This' refers to what was said immediately. It is the place of secrets. 'Unchanging' means steadfast in perfection. 'Pure by nature' means that it is free from afflictions. 'Ritual' refers to the great vehicle of mantra. 'Extremely immaculate' means that it is the antidote to all untrue discriminations. Now, it is definitely declared for the purpose of empowering all the deities. Starting with 'Then,' etc. 'Vajra Pure Great Dharma' means holding the thusness of the Dharma, which is the inseparable method and wisdom of complete purity. 'By the union of the Vajra of the Bodhisattva' means that the Bodhisattva is Vajrasattva. 'Vajra' means immovable. The union of these is the mutual increase of the nature of cause and effect, that is, pleasing by this. 'The Vajra-holders of the Buddhas' refers to the empowerment of the immovable and the Vajra-holder. It is said thus: the Vajra-holder empowers with the immovable. The Vajra-holder also empowers with the immovable. Bodhi Buddha is the Vajra-holder. Its detailed distinction is: its common cause is the immovable, which is certain. 'The Vajra-holders' some think are the Tathagatas such as Vairochana. This is not correct, because it is intended to say that the great Vajra-holder is the nature of the five families in an undifferentiated state, so it is reasonable that the five Tathagatas themselves should empower. In the state of separate elaboration, it is intended to say that the five families are its nature, so this is reasonable for the Tathagatas. The Bodhisattvas are their own lords for the purpose of understanding the meaning of cause and effect. Thus, the effect increases the cause, and the effect is also increased by the cause. This does not contradict what is said in the eighteenth chapter. Vajra-holder, etc.

Moreover, the earth is also composed of the substance of cause and effect. As it is said in the latter part of the Samvara Tantra: "The mother is Prajñāpāramitā, the father is skillful means, and for the sake of subduing Vajradhara, the lineages also arise from this." Therefore, when proclaiming the mandala of all the Tathāgatas, it should be known that the master of all is Vajradhara himself. For the Bodhisattvas, it is their own master. In other mandalas of invitation, etc., when Akshobhya is integrated into the master, the difference disappears. If the form of body Vajra, etc., becomes its master, then, similarly, the empowerment will also be like that, because that itself is the chief of the fruit at that time. Akshobhya, with the extremely pure mirror-like wisdom, is determined to be the form of the east, therefore it is not suitable for empowerment. If so, then what fault is there with Ratnasambhava, etc.? Who says they are not, but the crown of the Buddhas is Akshobhya? If you ask this, does Bhadrapāda contradict this statement? Although it contradicts, it is not the Buddha's word. Even if it does not contradict, it is spoken from the perspective of the Mañjuvajra mandala. Like this, for him, Akshobhya is included in the master, and then Vairochana, etc., are proclaimed. Therefore, the Tathāgatas who abide there are the fruit of Akshobhya, so for them, that itself is suitable for empowerment. Like that, the eyes, etc., will not be too excessive, because each shows faith in their own master. Otherwise, it would contradict "enhanced by the supreme fruit." Similarly, even if it has been determined, is it also the case for the Tathāgatas that the Bodhisattvas like Avalokiteśvara, with their own master, are empowered by their own master? That is what is desired, just like the Mañjuvajra mandala. Furthermore, in that compilation, it is said: "All the Tathāgatas have obtained the empowerment of the king of the three realms with the jewel crown." Again, this itself.
