If you want to do that, visualize the fiercely blazing vajra rays turning the entire surface of the sky into a single blaze, and then it will definitely not rain. Through the meditation that has been prepared beforehand, again tell its method: On a cloth from a cemetery, draw an eight-petaled lotus with lime and so on, and on it draw the eight great nagas with their respective seeds, and in the center draw the water deity and summon them. On the second cloth, in the center of various yellow vajras with flames, draw a five-pointed vajra, with the wrathful deity's vajra pointing upwards, and write the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), consecrate it, put them together, and press them down with a stone slab. By visualizing pressing down on these, you will be able to stop the rain. Regarding the method of controlling the wind, it is said in the sutra: Mandala and so on, the word 'and so on' includes rain, hail, earthquakes, and so on. With the mudra of fangs, which refers to the great mudra of swirling nectar. Be firm. The sound of malice refers to its mantra. Remember, through its method, visualize yourself as vast as the sky, like a burning vajra flame, with a ferocious face, bared fangs, emanating an immeasurable host of wrathful deities. Through the breath they exhale, scatter the clouds like cotton wool. The wrathful deities lick the clouds with their burning vajra tongues, and visualize those as huge as Mount Meru swallowing the wind into their bellies. By repeatedly reciting its mantra and the name of the one to be accomplished, the wind will definitely not come. The fangs are the accomplishment of meaning. Its mudra is a sword. The binding is the right hand holding a vajra fist. Remember the sound of malice. It refers to the malicious nagas. Its sound is the garuda, do it like that. On that sword, write the essence of (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་པཀྵིཾ་ཕཊ, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ pa kṣiṃ phaṭ, Literal meaning: Om Pa Kshim Phat) on birch bark, and visualize it through the previously performed summoning. Angrily utter the sound Phat with that sword, and repeatedly and clearly direct it towards the clouds and wind, preparing to strike. Some say that in this way the wind and rain will subside.

The so-called Buddhas and others have proclaimed the great nature of union. The mantra ending with Phat (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phat) is recited to destroy all the wicked. Therefore, the so-called "to that which is spoken" and so on. The great Vajradhara's practice method is proclaimed. The so-called "Wisdom Hero" and so on, the mind of the intermediate state of existence is put into the preliminary vidya, and the melting of the male is the union of the Wisdom Hero. The so-called "form in the center" and so on, refers to the seventeenth chapter, in which the Vajradhara, who has melted semen as a preliminary, should be visualized by the encouragement of the goddess's song. To show this meaning, it is said, "in the four places" and so on. The so-called "Lotus fully bloomed" and so on, it is said like this: After obtaining the characteristics and so on, the yogi of glorious Vajradhara dwells in his own mandala, and manifests the daughter of his own lineage as self-manifestation according to the ritual. In that space, the vajra is inserted to make it bloom, and it is born from the melted moon liquid, like the letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), which has the nature of method and wisdom, and is endowed with five kinds of rays such as white, and spreads the form of Vajradhara that pervades the sky, and enters into one's own body and so on, which is the attainment of the Bodhi of the nature of the great Vajradhara. That is the proclamation, the so-called "that is" and so on. The so-called "Vairochana light-like" and so on, refers to the color and so on of that except for the wheel. Whatever is said, the so-called lotus and so on, some people think that the lotus and vajra and so on are pure. That is not true, because of the letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) and so on, it is proclaimed in the seventh chapter. Because it becomes the wisdom of all the Buddhas and so on, all sentient beings are born from Vajradhara, and in the continuum of the practitioner, it is perfected by his form, and to the one who has the irreversible samadhi, it is called so. When practicing the accomplishment of invisibility mentioned earlier, the vows are taken, the so-called "woman" and so on, it is said like this: The mantra practitioner who practices the conduct of vidya, dwells in his own mandala, and is endowed with the yoga of Manjushri.
