The prescribed mantra should be recited. On the surface of the sky, if you visualize that all are filled with nagas, causing a great stream of water to fall, then it will rain. If it still does not rain, then the image of the naga itself should be smeared with three hot substances and a neck yoke, etc., and placed near a triangular hearth. Light a fire with wood from a charnel ground, and with extreme wrath, strike it with mustard seeds while reciting the mantra one hundred and eight times repeatedly, and rain will surely fall. If it still does not rain, then make this image of the naga from a neck yoke, salt, poison, and intoxicating wood, and drive a nine-finger-long sandalwood stake into its heart, pressing its head down with the left foot, facing it south or facing it west, squeezing it. In a triangular hearth shaped like rain falling, light a charnel ground fire with the letter phu (藏文:ཕུ་ཡིག་). In the center of that, meditate on the Bhagavan Mahabala, and in his mouth, the tongue marked with the letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽),

Pa. Then, starting with "Then onwards," etc. The name "Desire King" is because the Tathagata fulfills all desires, hence the meaning of being called "Desire King." As stated in the Vinaya: "ṭakki is always said to be desire." The term "Liṅga" refers to a sign, which is the form to be accomplished. "Union of Vajrasattva" means union without duality. Some believe it to be the union of the Desire King arising from the Great Vajradhara. The term "Wheel of Mantra" means the wheel of command that manifests as it is. It is said that "will be summoned" means residing in the wheel of command, through the yoga of the Desire King, reciting with the words that stimulate one's own mantra, and with the ritual of summoning Yama's Destroyer, projecting a vajra hook arising from one's own heart, summoning what is to be accomplished, that is, summoning the lump of flesh. To summon the feet as well: in the center of a lotus container, draw an eight-petaled lotus, and in its center is a vajra hook. On top of that vajra, combine it with the name of what is to be accomplished, and write the mantra of the Desire King with mustard seeds and blood from the little finger. On the lotus petals, write the mantra of Tara. In its center, write the letters of the name of what is to be accomplished with intoxicating semen and ghee, and at the tip of the lotus petals, write the mantra of Yama's Destroyer with finger blood and poison, along with the name of what is to be accomplished. Likewise, draw another lotus container. Also, on a cloth from a charnel ground, draw this wheel, make an image with clay wiped from a potter's hands, place it in the heart, and with the summoning and so on having preceded, join two skulls together, warm them over a fire of sandalwood, and recite each mantra one hundred and eight times; in this way, it will be summoned in seven days. It is said that gods and so on are also for the purpose of summoning, starting with "Then onwards," etc. The wisdom of the rosary, from tying all parts with threads of pure wisdom and so on, is the Great Vajradhara. That one, with the nature of immovability, tames those to be tamed by it.
