From that complete transformation, meditate on all the nagas being extremely expelled, like a single hair that will not break. After making offerings, pray, saying, "Please, Bhagavati, accomplish such and such a purpose for me." Give the command and place it in the spring of the nagas. Then, in the place where rain is to be brought down, perform a powerful application and in the center of that fire mandala, draw a wind mandala. In the center of that, draw a water mandala, and on it draw an eight-petaled lotus. In the center of that, there is a white water deity, adorned with seven snake heads, with a male face, holding a sword and a naga lasso in his hands. In the east, south, west, and north directions, in order, are Ananta, Dhanañjaya, Takshaka, and Balavan. Those are in order, blue-black like utpala flowers, white, red, and black. On the petals of the fire corner and Satyatala, wind and Vasukin, draw lotus, great lotus, conch-protector, and lineage-holder, which are white, pale yellow, yellow, and various colors. Then, with the mantra jaḥ naṃ jaḥ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), or with the mind, summon all the nagas with a vajra hook, and ask them to abide in their respective places, offering them offerings and bathing, and making offerings properly, so that they may be pleased with us. Summon them there, and then meditate on the letter "ནཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: नं, Romanized Sanskrit: naṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Nang) on their tongues, and first perform a fire offering ceremony with water offerings, etc. First, offer three fillings of molasses, milk, and butter. Then burn from below, and suppress with the wrathful fire from above, making them extremely distressed, and if they are willing to spit water, then the assembly of Nagas will definitely rain. If it still does not come, then on a cloth struck by weapons, or a cloth from a cemetery, draw an eight-spoked wheel of swords with poison, stems of poison, and hot butter. In its center, draw an eight-petaled lotus, and on each petal, write the heart mantra of the Nagas. བཅས་པའི་སྔགས་བཟླ་བར་བྱའོ། །ནམ་མཁའི་ངོས་ལ་ཡང་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཀླུའི་རིགས་ཀྱིས་འཁྲིགས་པ་ཆུའི་རྒྱུན་ཆེན་པོ་འབེབས་པར་བསམས་ན་ཆར་པ་འབེབས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེས་ཀྱང་ཆར་པ་མི་འབེབས་ན་དེའི་ཚེ་ཀླུའི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ཉིད་ཚ་བ་གསུམ་དང༌། སྐེ་ཚེ་ལ་སོགས་པས་བྱུག་པར་བྱས་ནས་མེ་ཐབ་གྲུ་གསུམ་གྱི་དྲུང་དུ་བཞག་ལ་དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་ཤིང་ལ་མེ་སྤར་ནས་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཁྲོས་པས་སྔགས་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་ཡང་དང་ཡང་དུ་བཟླས་པའི་ཡུངས་ཀར་བརྡེགས་ན་ངེས་པར་ཆར་པ་འབེབས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀྱང་ཆར་པ་མི་འབབ་ན་དེའི་ཚེ་ཀླུའི་གཟུགས་འདི་ཉིད་སྐེ་ཚེ་དང༌། ཚྭ་དང༌། དུག་དང༌། མྱོས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཤིང་ལས་བྱས་པ་ལས་སེང་ལྡེང་གི་ཕུར་པ་སོར་དགུ་པས་སྙིང་གར་བཏབ་ནས་རྐང་པ་གཡོན་པས་མགོ་བོ་མནན་ཏེ། ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཁ་བལྟས་པ་འམ་ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཁ་བལྟས་པས་བཙིར་བས་ཆར་པ་འབབ་པའི་ཚུལ་གྱི་མེ་ཐབ་གྲུ་གསུམ་དུ་དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་མེ་ཕུ་ཡིག་གིས་སྦར་ཏེ། དེའི་དབུས་སུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེ་བསྒོམས་ནས་དེའི་ཞལ་དུ་ལྕེ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་གིས་མཚན་ པ་ལ་ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱིས་འཆོལ་བ་དང་མཐའ་དག་སྔགས་བཟླས་ཤིང་མཇུག་མ་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་མཚོན་རྣོན་པོས་གཏུབ་ཅིང་གཏུབ་ཅིང་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱས་ན་ཆར་པ་འབེབས་སོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ན་ཡང་ཆར་པ་མི་འབབ་ན་སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེའི་ཉེས་པ་ཡིན་པར་ཤེས་ནས་རང་གནོད་མཛེས་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དུ་བྱས་ནས་སྐེ་ཚེ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལས་སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེའི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་བྱས་ཏེ། རྐང་པས་མནན་ནས་རྐང་པ་གཡོན་པའི་མཐེའུ་ཆུང་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་གཏུབ་ཅིང་གཏུབ་ཅིང་མངོན་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་ཐབ་ཁུང་ན་གནས་པའི་གནོད་མཛེས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་དུ་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཁྲི་ཕྲག་གཅིག་ཏུ་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱས་ན་སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེས་ངེས་པར་ཆར་པ་འབེབས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཆར་པ་ཆད་པར་འདོད་ན་ཀླུ་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་ཞི་བའི་དོན་དུ་ཞི་བའི་ཐབ་ཁུང་དུ་སྤྱན་མ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྒོམས་ནས་ཞི་བའི་ཆོ་གས་མར་དང་འོ་མ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པས་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་ཁྲི་བྱའོ། །གལ་ཏེ་ཀླུ་གདུག་པ་རྣམས་ཆར་པ་གཅོད་པར་མི་བྱེད་ན་དེའི་ཚེ་སྔར་གསུངས་པའི་མངོན་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་ཐབ་ཁུང་དུ་མངོན་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་ཆོ་གས་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ལ་ཕུལ་བའི་མེ་ཏོག་རྙིང་པ་དང༌། རས་བལ་གྱི་ས་བོན་དང་བཅས་པའི་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱས་ན་ངེས་པར་ཆར་པ་གཅོད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདོད་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྦྱོར་བས་དགུག་པ་གསུངས
