Also, it is said, "The Buddha who has completed the empowerment is perfectly endowed with silk and garlands." In Anuttarayoga, it is also the same that the Tathagata is endowed with empowerment, what is said? In the glorious Samantabhadra Tantra, it says: "The crown of the five Buddhas, who is the nature of Dharma? In the three realms, whoever desires Dharma, prostrates to Vajrasattva." It is said so. Likewise, in those and those yoga tantras, one should realize by oneself, because there are too many scriptures, I have not written them. Therefore, the meaning of Vajrasattva and so on is like this: What is called Vajrasattva is Vajrasattva. This union is the union of the nature of skillful means and wisdom, so-called "pleasing the Vajra Buddhas," are the Tathagatas such as Akshobhya. Buddha Bodhi is the great Vajradhara himself. The detailed distinction is mainly the Tathagatas such as Akshobhya. What is called "By this, the Vajradhara is pleased" means that the five Tathagatas give this empowerment from the great Vajradhara. Speaking of Bodhisattvas, it is said like this: Among Vajra and so on, it is said like this: On the heads of Kshitigarbha and eyes and Rupa-vajra etc., one should visualize the lord of their respective families. Six Chakravartin Kings, the crest is what is taught. This is the phrase from the eighteenth chapter. It is also said that Yamantaka and others are empowered by the lord of their respective families, so-called Wrathful Deities and so on. The so-called Vidyaraja Dharmottama, Vidyaraja is Kshitigarbha and so on, and eyes and so on. Dharmottama is because it is Vajradhara, so it is Rupa-vajra and so on. The so-called Jewel Splendor is to be contemplated, that is, one should contemplate these crests marked with jewels, these are called the names of Vidyarajni and so on, in the eighteenth chapter it says: Samaya-vajra etc. six, earth etc. five kinds.

The arising and the fame transformed from arising, are called Vidyarajni. The six, such as Rupa Vajra, should be remembered as Vajradhara. Thus it is said. Some say that the empowerment for the Vidyadharas is called "Konchok Pal" (དཀོན་མཆོག་དཔལ་ལོ།). The Kula Queen is the goddess such as the stimulating mother similar to the eye. In the eighteen chapters it says: "The four enjoyments are great power, known as Vidyarajni." Thus it is said. In its practice, the meaning of "Meditate on Amitayus" is that, only by overcoming the obstacles of the Lord of Death, one can obtain immeasurable life, that is, all the Tathagatas. By the classification of these lineages, one should visualize the lord of the lineage on the head of the stimulating mother and others. These, which are not necessary for Abhisamaya, have been separated. Apart from that, those who are not in the mandala are for the purpose of showing the meaning of empowerment by their own lineage lord. Vidyarajni is a Vidyadhara, and some think that Amitabha should be visualized on his head. The mantra of all actions is to command. For them, one should visualize Amoghasiddhi. After specifically stating here, it is generally stated that "all," etc., for the heads of all worldly and transcendental deities, Vajradhara should be visualized, because it is the nature of various kinds. That is also from the Net of Illusion. "Vajrasattva, the great Bodhisattva, perfects the minds of all beings, urges again and again, abides in the means of all kings." Thus it is said. Therefore, all empowerments should be said to be Bhagavan. In the mantra tantra of the Yakshini, it means to respect the mantra for the sake of the Yakshini. The enemy of the Lord of Death should be observed, which means that in order to accomplish the Yakshini, one should also be in accordance with the practice of Manjushri, so one should visualize the enemy of the Lord of Death on his head, because all Yakshinis depend on him. Clearly stating the position of the empowerment deity, "all," etc., with the nature of skillful means and wisdom, corresponding to all the Buddhas, etc. without exception.
