The one called the Lord of Pacifying, Increasing, Subduing, and Destroying is a yogi. Regarding the term "what is to be accomplished," this is its meaning: whatever assemblies of activities such as pacifying are accomplished by the yogi, that is also accomplished by the power of the meditator's samadhi, and because it is free from accomplishment, it becomes a vessel of perfect enlightenment, therefore one should pay homage. The assembled yogis, having faith in seeing the unborn mind of enlightenment, it is also said that one should pay homage to them. What is called "the chief of whom," and so on, the chief, the practitioner, is the realization of the non-dual suchness. Therefore: Whoever sees this endowed one, If one makes offerings in all ways, By this, all Buddhas too, Will be seen and offerings will have been made. And: By seeing, touching, hearing, and remembering, One is completely liberated from all sins, And the actual accomplishments of the Buddhas will be achieved. This is what is said. The words of praise, that is, by "is" and so on, the benefits of praise are spoken. Pacifying and so on, are words of the meaning of pacifying. Rejoicing is to take possession of oneself with the beautiful suchness. Well said, is because it is endowed with the three virtues and so on. Having spoken thus, having spoken the answer to the question just asked, from suchness onwards, in order to show that the nature of reality is not the object of speech and mind, it is said that the Buddhas and so on did not speak at all. The meaning of "this" has already been explained. Regarding the Tathagatas and so on, the secret of the body and so on of all the Tathagatas is Vajradhara. Therefore, the words "this is complete" should be added. In the glorious Guhyasamaja Tantra, it has been shown that all secrets have been asked and answers have been given. There, that which is blessed and perfected by the unwavering wisdom samadhi is called that. In the text that reveals it, from the chapters, that is, starting from the first and so on, if counted, the completion of the number eighteen is reached, that is, one should also take well to the abbreviated one, so it is said. A brief distinction of the meaning of the glorious assembly
