In order to generate the wisdom arising from cessation and non-arising. "By the Vajra Wheel of Obstruction" means that because the mind is focused on one point and perfected, it becomes clear, so "the clouds of blazing Vajra radiate" means that with the white flame of endurance, one should please the assembly of wrathful deities. "Revolving like the Immovable One" means that with extremely fierce force, the wrathful deities do not perceive other places nearby, so one should contemplate the wheel as if it were unmoving. Alternatively, because it is free from objects of focus such as grasping, it pervades the ten directions for the sake of sentient beings, so it is said to be "like the Immovable One," because in that very nature it is emptiness, free from arising and ceasing. Immovable and equal to the wisdom of that very nature, it is the very essence of that, up to here. This also speaks of the Speech Wheel, which should be understood from the Guru's instructions. The answer to the question about vows is given, starting from "of the Vajra Holder," etc. "Practice" means that these two stages are the cause. "Diligence" means to practice. "Samaya" means to enjoy the sun and moon, etc. "Vow" means to protect these four samayas. All of these have been extensively explained in the previous root tantra. "Divided by the distinction of stages" means that in the generation stage, because of particularly believing in self-accomplishment, one takes vows, and otherwise it means to generate. How should one benefit sentient beings when hatred, delusion, and desire are strong? The answer to this question is given, starting from "form," etc., because by measuring with loveliness and unloveliness and both, ordinary people always generate desire, hatred, and delusion from objects such as form. What will those pure yogis become? "Desire," etc., is spoken of, desire is in the mandala of desire. The samaya of desire is the nature of Amitabha (梵文:Amitābha,阿弥陀佛,无量光). Vajra is the arising of Acala (梵文:Acala,अचल,不动). "Like Vajra, jewels arise" means how to generate desire for desire.

Just as the nature of desire and immovability are the same, so is Ratnasambhava. Know the vows like jewels. It is said that just as desire is the lord of jewels, so is Amoghasiddhi the Vajradhara the same. It is said that in the mandala of desire, everything will become the same taste of desire. How should the objects be viewed? Desire and so on are spoken of. The so-called "those" refers to the three kinds of objects, such as form, which were previously mentioned, and should be regarded as equal and equal to the vows, that is, Amoghasiddhi. Just as the mandala of desire becomes Amoghasiddhi, so should all objects be regarded as the nature of desire, which is the meaning of this. Some say that this is in response to the question of taking vows with this. How can one think of great desire and so on in this way? For this reason, "aspect" and so on are spoken of. The so-called "aspect and" means that it is the aspect because it is completely possessed by this, and it is the mind of the nature of the means that is aimed at benefiting all sentient beings. The so-called "no aspect" means that it is the nature of wisdom because it separately knows that all things are empty. The so-called "all beings" refers to the purity of the three realms of aggregates, realms, and sources that are equal to the realm of phenomena. The so-called "nature of the three minds" refers to the nature of Dharma, complete enjoyment, and the incarnation body, blessed by the three letters Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). The so-called "action and" should be connected with the deity who is visualized as having the nature of the first union. The so-called "appropriation and expansion" means that the wheel of the mandala is transformed by taking expansion and contraction as the guide. The so-called "self-recitation" refers to the recitation of the mantras uttered by each person, or how to perform expansion and so on from the recitation of one's own body and so on. Thus, and so on, first of all, how desire has the nature of desire, so it is.
