The term "constant" refers to the fact that, due to the influence of those to be tamed, the emanation body constantly abides in all cycles of existence without interruption. "Emaho, gone to supreme nirvana!" refers to one who has realized the equality of existence and peace, and is the nature of non-abiding nirvana, the very essence of the enjoyment body, up to this point. Alternatively, "Emaho, peaceful" means that by closely enjoying desire and so on, desire and so on are pacified, and what is done is very wonderful. "Transcending the senses" means that we have never seen anything like this before. "Emaho, the continuum of cyclic existence" means that the aggregates, etc., which are not truly existent in their own right, are regarded as a continuum of arising, abiding, and ceasing, or as being destroyed in the manner of the Tathagatas, etc. "Emaho, gone to supreme nirvana!" refers to the nature of pure aggregates, etc., free from untrue imputation and slander. Thus it is taught: Whatever body, etc., that is not truly existent, and which here goes to nirvana, is very wonderful. To this it is also said: Cyclic existence and nirvana, These two do not exist; When cyclic existence is fully known, It is said to be nirvana. Thus it is taught. The term "unanimously" means that with one voice, with one intention, they spoke these words, up to this point. The term "source of qualities" means that because it is to be studied and practiced by those who desire liberation, it is a quality, that is, the ten powers, etc. The source of these is the inexhaustible place or assembly. Now, the so-called "secret" refers to, from "to whom shall I do" up to "How will the supreme assembly of actions perform various deeds?", and because of the answer explained below, where does the wrathful lord arise, and what is transformed from arising, who is the king of Garika (Tibetan, wrath), who is the lord of vajras, and so on, forty questions, plus the total number of root question phrases of the Bodhisattvas, a total of fifty-seven were spoken. Those who are asked here.

And, for the answers, one should practice well, and whatever future debates and answers will become, those should be indicated as they are. Some say that here there are seventy-two questions asked by Bodhisattvas. The so-called "Great Bodhisattva Vajradhara" refers to the great Vajradhara who has become one with the nature of wisdom that is inseparable from skillful means and wisdom. The so-called "Perfectly Complete Buddha" refers to one who has manifested and perfectly awakened with the five perfections, with undeluded wisdom. That is, because he possesses the perfection of wisdom, the perfection of abandonment, the perfection of great compassion, the perfection of inexhaustibility, and the perfection of unequaledness, he is called a Buddha. The so-called "Sugata" refers to the one who has gone for the sake of beauty and so on, so he is the Sugata. That is: the conduct of outsiders is not beautiful, the conduct of learners is to return, the non-learners are not all, the Sugata goes in all three. This is what is said. The so-called "Protector" refers to the one who has become the refuge of all who go as one. Or, because the mind has become a vajra, he understands the meaning of all things without error, so he is a Buddha. Because the speech has become a vajra, according to the thoughts of sentient beings, he proclaims the supreme Dharma in extremely many ways, so he is the Sugata. Because the body has become a vajra, he teaches all sentient beings with various manifestations, so he is the Protector, that is, the Lord. Thus, it means that he possesses the nature of the three bodies. The so-called body, speech, etc., refers to one's own body vajra, etc. "Body, speech, and mind are vajra," refers to the great Vajradhara. The so-called "abiding" refers to focus, up to "do this practice." Thus, it is taught: listen by being free from the distractions of body, etc., like being free from the faults of a broken vase, etc., because they will also surely understand the meaning of the Dharma they hear. Therefore, he said "thereafter" etc. The so-called "teaching of acceptance" refers to the mind.

These are words. The meaning of Bodhisattva is one who possesses the nature of Bodhi. Contemplating one's own great compassion means that the state of all sentient beings being free from suffering appears in one's mind. Some are blessed and made firm to abide for a long time. Some say that the Bodhisattvas who hear the meaning of the blessing are made disciples, but that is not correct, why? Because those who expound the root tantra are the ones who become disciples, otherwise it is impossible to expound such a Dharma. Now, in order to sequentially show the answers to the previously mentioned questions, the body, speech, and mind, etc., are spoken. The body vajra, etc., each with the difference of body, etc., cannot show others the ultimate of self-realization, and even if it is truly shown in the mundane, it should not be shown to those who have no connection, therefore it itself is secret. The meaning of the second question is spoken, which is Buddha, etc. The meaning of all Buddhas is to have the name of all Buddhas. It is said to be a gathering. This is the meaning of non-difference. The meaning is this: the body, etc., of all Buddhas become one in three ways, which is called the secret gathering. The answer to the question "How to explain the tantra" is the fifth chapter, etc. In the fifth chapter, the non-discriminating conduct of the practitioner is spoken, and in the ninth chapter is the armor of guarding vows, in the seventeenth chapter is the detailed classification of the vows of all achievements, and in the thirteenth chapter, the recitation of mantras, etc., are spoken. Therefore, know that this order is the explanation of the meaning of the four chapters. The meaning is this: from the practitioner mentioned in the fifth chapter, diligently guarding the vows mentioned in the ninth chapter, abiding in the vow conduct mentioned in the seventeenth chapter, and then performing the recitation of mantras, etc., mentioned in the thirteenth chapter. These are the Buddhas, Bhagavan, and Bodhisattvas.
