Accomplishing complete purification means that even Vairocana and others cease to exist. As it is said: Whatever arises from causes, from what non-existent thing does it come? How is it not manifest? It is just like an image. Thus it is said. Because desire and so on arise only from conceptualization, it is said because they are not existent: It is not desire and so on. Desire is not the city of the senses, nor is it a meaningless mind, it does not abide in oneself, nor in another, it is not existent, nor non-existent, it is not false, nor is it true. Thus it is said. Similarly, hatred and ignorance, and whatever kinds of afflictions arise from them, the cycle of the three realms, are born from the poison of conceptualization. Thus it is said. It is also not non-dharma, because that itself is the nature of the dharmadhatu, therefore all things are without defilement and purification. This is the meaning to be expressed. Thus it is said: In order to summarize the essential meaning of meditation, after making offerings and so on, how to introduce the mandala of the deity that is shown as it is into one's own body, and to view oneself as the form of the letters of the aggregates and so on, by the letters that generate the aggregates and so on. Then put all of that into the three letters, and arise by focusing on the yoga that is non-dual with space. Thus it is said, in the twelfth chapter it says: The vajras of body, speech, and mind, meditating on them as body, speech, and mind, without conceptual thought, without fixation, not fixating on anything in equality. Thus it is said. Moreover, in the Samantabhadra's Conduct and Vows, for praising and offering and inviting the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to descend, the mantra practitioner should diligently practice, and with the wheel gathered by mantras such as Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), make the body and so on permanent. Thus it is said. After perfectly bestowing the empowerment as it is and granting the blessing, the future yogi will also entrust the treasure of the Dharma to the disciple. It is said for teaching: These "this hold" and so on are easy to understand. It is said in order to realize the nature of all things as the Bhagavan: Then Vairocana.

Such and so forth. The meaning of this is that all moving and unmoving things abide without difference in their own nature within the mandala of the self-existent body, and therefore are inseparable from the body. Some say that this is also spoken of as purity and mind. Some also say that the bodies of the Tathagatas, etc., are made one with the essence of the Dharmadhatu, such as the bodies of the three existences, and abide by that essence. This means that the nature of non-objectification is spoken of as the nature of all things by the Blessed One, the glorious Vajrasattva. "This" refers to what has just been said, that is, the meaning of the seventeen teachings. "Granted the teaching" refers to what is said up to this point. It is said that at the time when the Blessed One was in the palace of Dharma-arising, together with the retinue of Bodhisattvas and Mahasattvas, I heard these teachings of the Tantra as they were spoken. The commentary on the difficult points of the glorious Guhyasamaja, given by the Victorious One, is completed with the explanation of the seventeenth chapter. Chapter Eighteen, the explanation called "Empowerment by Vajra Wisdom, which Reveals All Secrets." Homage to the Bhagavan Manjushrikumarabhuta. Now, in order to dispel the doubts of future beings, in the manner of the subsequent Tantras, after the explanation of the seventeen chapters, the eighteenth chapter is explained, beginning with "Then." Or, it is the empowerment of all the Tathagatas, or, because it possesses the empowerment of all the Tathagatas, it is the empowerment of all the Tathagatas, that is, the Bodhi-vajra. The revelation of the secrets of his body, etc., is closely revealed by the seventeenth chapter. "All things" means in the manner of conventional and ultimate truth, or not being the nature of another's mind. "How" means in what way can one see, hear, and understand it. "As the time" means that at any time, whatever is appropriate does not go beyond that.

The so-called "knowing" is in the manner of the body vajra. The so-called "hearing" is in the manner of the speech vajra. The so-called "understanding" is in the manner of the mind vajra, that is, the meaning of manifesting the nature of the body vajra, etc. Alternatively, "seeing" is definitely done by the wisdom of the nature of thought. "Hearing" is definitely grasped by the wisdom of the nature of hearing. "Understanding" is clarified by the wisdom of meditation. The so-called "praying thus" refers to the order described below, which speaks of the meaning explained in the tantras. The so-called "Emaho," etc., is what he (Vajrasattva) said. The so-called "Samantabhadra" refers to the meaning of accomplishing benefits for those who follow attachment, etc., by following them. Because of this, everything is good and auspicious, so the great Vajradhara is called "Samantabhadra." As it is said in the Vinaya: "The power of mind, dust, and darkness, why do they benefit sentient beings, following the path of enlightenment, therefore I am called Samantabhadra." Thus it is said. By determining the body, etc., it is determined as the manner of the body vajra, etc. The so-called "three vajras" refers to the indivisible manner of the body vajra, etc. The so-called "all" refers to all. The "three vajras" refers to the bodies of the three realms, etc. "Thus abiding" refers to entering in the manner described at the end of the seventeenth chapter, which is rare. The so-called "all sentient beings" refers to sentient beings included in the realms, places of birth, and realms of activity. The so-called "nature of the three times vajra" refers to truly arising in the nature of the Tathagatas of the past, etc. Therefore, the so-called "attaining the state of the enlightenment vajra" refers to attaining the state of the great Vajradhara and only seeing its nature, up to this point. The so-called "Emaho peaceful" refers to the fact that all nets of discrimination are peaceful, because it is the nature of suchness. The so-called "beyond the senses" refers to the fact that it is not the object of the senses.
