It is also applied to the four wrathful deities that arise. The stated activity: Wrathful deities, and so on. The greatly renowned wrathful king is the noble Blue Staff. Reciting one hundred and eight times is when applying it to activities. The proper ritual is as follows: The yogi of the Blue Staff mixes large pieces of meat and charcoal from the charnel ground, along with soil from an anthill, chaff, and soil from the footprints of the one to be subdued, with donkey urine, and makes an image of the one to be subdued. In the charnel ground, with poison, blood, and alcohol, in the center of a fire mandala where various vajras reside, connect the mantra strung with the name of the one to be subdued without shaking. Uttering "Svāhā," write "Hūṃ Phaṭ" and place it in the heart. After summoning and placing that, put the skull together and place it. Extremely wrathful, press down with the left foot, and at noon and midnight, recite one hundred and eight times, pressing down with stones, bones, and neem leaves, and after doing this for seven days, it is said that all malice will be killed. If that doesn't succeed, go to the charnel ground, and at midnight, make a triangular hearth on the ashes of a cremated corpse. Light a neem wood fire, and visualize the wrathful king with an extremely transformed face, gaping. Cut off the image's left foot with a sharp weapon, recite the strung mantra with "Che-ge-mo Māraya Phaṭ," and perform a fire offering, then that night he will certainly die. The ritual for the great power to cause rain is explained. Starting from "Then," and so on. The so-called "all the nāgas of great power" refers to the nāgas subdued by him. Those who are frightened and terrified by the power of the mantra, in order to be free from the fear of remembering like an army, should remember the three kāyas vajra. His activity is explained. Starting from "Just reciting," and so on. The so-called "just reciting can accomplish activities" means that after reciting the countless recitations mentioned in the recitation, having received the prophecy of the deity, reciting one hundred thousand times can accomplish the activities of all the deities, such as pacification, so it is said that it can accomplish all activities. His own special qualities are explained. Even in times of drought, he can cause the rain of the water mandala to fall. That is to say, the ritual is like this, the great power yoga

The yogi should contemplate everything as red and recite one hundred thousand times. Then, on an unused earthenware bowl, write with vermilion the essence of the mantra of the Spear-wielding Mother on an eight-petaled lotus situated on an eight-spoked wheel: oṃ śūlini naṃ svāhā. Then, joining it with another unused earthenware bowl, wrap it with blue-red thread, and invite the Spear-wielding Mother and her earth-subduing deity, make offerings, and place it inside a lake or spring where nāgas reside. One should draw a circular water mandala with eight petals on wind placed on fire in a secluded place where there are no people. In the center of that, draw a water deity residing on a pot-bellied ḍākinī, with a male face, having a crest of seven snake heads, one foot as a nāga, and drawing the image of throwing a snake lasso. On the eastern petal is Ananta, green. On the southern petal is Vasuki, white. On the western petal is Takshaka, red. On the northern petal is Karkoṭa, black. On the petal of the fire corner is Padma, white. On the petal of the empty corner is Mahāpadma, white. On the petal of the wind corner is Śaṅkhapāla, yellow. On the petal of the powerful corner is Kulika, of various colors. Having drawn the nāga mandala in this way, contemplate the nāgas with the syllable naṃ, invite them with naṃ placed in the middle of the clay, and having dissolved them into their respective abodes, offer appropriate divine food to the nāgas, such as fresh and thick milk and molasses, and say: "Great nāgas, may you be pleased with me, and according to the command of the Blessed One, may you send down a stream of rain." Having said this, contemplate the nāgas sending down rain and recite, and it will rain. If it still does not rain, draw a green circular haṃ with great power in the same way, invite it, and perform a fire offering according to the ritual described below. Place the syllable naṃ in the middle of the tongues of all the nāgas, and after performing smoke offerings and torma offerings, give three oblations filled with molasses, milk, and butter. Then, perform a fire offering with whatever you desire with milk and so on. Then, when they are satisfied, they will cause rain to fall. If it still does not rain, then perform direct action.
