Thus it is said. If one does not act, it is foolish because it goes against the command. The rest is easy to understand. The Vajra vow is the immovable (Buddha). Its wheel is the mandala assembly. They are also instructed as wise ones, which is the wheel of command, for entering the tantra to be practiced. Now, it is the ritual of requesting the drawing of the mandala, and immediately upon that, it is said that the obstacles residing in the four grounds are expelled by the union of body, speech, and mind, such as "the sky." The wheel is adorned with blazing vajras. The so-called "wheel adorned with blazing vajras" means that in the palace as spoken of, one should contemplate the mandala wheel that cannot be destroyed by anything. In its center, Vairochana Buddha, who possesses the supreme form, acts in accordance with their respective unions, which is their own deity. It also arises from the vows of the three times, the cause is Vajrasattva, so first contemplate him as the cause. Because it is inseparable and destroys the wicked, it is called "Vajra flame radiating light," which is all the signs. Contemplate that he holds it in his right hand. He transforms into a wrathful form, and after blessing the eyes and feet, etc., he dances in a special way of their respective actions, and should be surrounded by vajra bells. The manifestation of the mandala, such as the ten directions, is the same as before. It is done by abiding in the nature of the deity's body and abiding in supreme wisdom. The door of the scripture is body, speech, etc. The act of extending the right hand, etc., is the union of the body. Uttering the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) like a dragon at the end of an eon is the union of speech. Deeply contemplating all things is the union of mind. I, who am endowed with that, please enjoy. Combine it thus. Then, in the order that follows, drive in the pegs and protect the earth. The wisdom vajra of the instructed wheel, by which others cannot violate the vow, is called that samadhi. The rest is easy to understand, so I will not explain it. Now, it is the accomplishment ritual of Yamāntaka arising from the contemplation of the yogi, such as "Buddha." The so-called "Buddha mandala with a wheel" is the palace. That sky

Thinking in the center of the vajra means in the source of the Dharma. In its center, as before, is the great wheel of Yamantaka. This means contemplating the wheel with nineteen deities, with him as the main one. Since all of them arise from Yamantaka, one should regard them as one's own vajra. As it is said: "Whatever dwells in its center, that wheel is called that. The lord of the Tathagatas, that place is unborn, truly abiding." This is explained in the meaning gathered by Bhadra Foot. The three times, etc., should be considered as in the case of the immovable yogi, and it is easy to understand. All the general samayas are like mirror-like wisdom. What arises from that is the supreme equality of the three bodies, namely Vairochana. The wrathful one born from that family is Yamantaka. What is increased by his union is called wisdom vajra. Now, the gathering yogi contemplates the ten wrathful ones in the wheel that instantly turns on the vajra ground. The contemplation spoken of in its center is the body, speech, etc. The vajra of body, speech, and mind are the constant, the immeasurable light, and the immovable. The qualities of the meaning of one's own mantra are the great qualities such as strength, and the taming of the various realms of sentient beings. These are Ratnasambhava and Amoghasiddhi. Or, the crest samaya is any of the seven crests that arise from below. Since they all possess great wisdom, they are the bodies of those who possess wisdom vajra. Because it protects the mantra holders, it is the wheel of command. Because it commands, and because it performs its actions, it should be urged. Protecting bodhi is of great importance. This means that by eliminating the two kinds of obstacles that cause the wheel of wisdom to enter oneself, even if one eliminates the cause of obstacles such as violence, the obstacles of the Lesser Vehicle obstruct great liberation. Because by focusing on that, one does not allow others to enter the mind, it is the first act of all arising bodies. Because those places have changed, it is the first protector. From that, the dharmas that are spoken of arise.
