"That is," refers to Akshobhya and others. They requested the explanation of Bodhicitta, and all Bodhisattvas are Maitreya and others. The complete understanding of these is that the Tathagatas asked without error, thinking it would become a great meaning. "Mind" refers to knowing through the wisdom attained after, and then speaking. What is that? "You" and so on. "Mind like body" means blocking the single mind without form. "Body like mind" means negating the body that appears to be purely material. Therefore, it means to make body and mind of one nature. "Pure like mind" also blocks pure materiality. "Generate mind like speech" means blocking the single mind without form, making purity and mind inseparable. Thus, it is said that all three, body, speech, and mind, are only mind. Also, combining the two emptinesses into mind-only, listen with one-pointedness. Now, the listeners, the Bodhisattvas, having placed their minds on how to abide in Bodhicitta, specially express it, written by the compiler, from then on, and so on. To compose according to the order of speech showing the nature of body, speech, and mind, therefore, like the sky, it is the wisdom without object, also combining it with emptiness and speaking. Speaking without being entrusted by others is a special expression. What is that? "Emaho" and so on. "Samantabhadra" is because he has become the all-pervading lord of all dharmas. What is so amazing about that? It is said that the nature of body, speech, and mind is great. How to abide in the yoga of no birth? It is the yoga of birth by the nature of complete investigation. By the way of its complete purification, this protection is greatly proclaimed. It is said that it is proclaimed by non-dual wisdom, that is Emaho. Thus, after speaking of the common Bodhicitta of the Bodhisattvas' Dharma nature, now speaking of the individual Bodhicitta of the six Buddhas, from then on, and so on.

Sapa'o. The way of manifest enlightenment is the bodhicitta of great emptiness. Because of being non-dual, it is vajra, that is, it is said that the great Vajradhara entered into samadhi and spoke, and it should be connected in this way. Likewise, the samadhis of each family, for the respective wisdoms of each, the teacher of the respective principles enters into samadhi and teaches bodhicitta. The meaning of "non-existent" is that if all conditioned and unconditioned dharmas become empty when eliminated by distinctions such as above and below. That which is meditated upon does not exist. That is, because attachment to the appearance of emptiness is the view. "That which is to be meditated upon," and so on, refers to those who meditate with attachment to the appearance of cause and effect. "That is not meditation," because cause and effect are inseparable. Thus, "thing" is the result of the aspiration of external appearances. That is said to be non-existent, because it does not become an object of close attention except for wisdom. Therefore, meditating like an aspiration of external appearances is "without an object," meaning that the nature of mind is emptiness, and so on. "Body, speech, and mind vajra, thus spoken by the Tathagata," and so on, are the words of the compiler. Abandoning the order of taming, relying on the words "like mind and body," immediately after that, the bodhicitta of Vairochana is spoken, and then, and so on. Manifest realization like an image is vajra because of being non-dual. There, it is said that he entered into samadhi in the manner of Vairochana. "Separated from all things" means that all things such as the container world are separated because there are no things such as life and nourishment. Skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas. Likewise, the perception of grasping and being grasped of that form skandha, etc., in the manner of three antidotes, if analyzed by reasoning such as one and many, is not appropriate for both, so it is eliminated. That is the selflessness of phenomena, that is, realizing the substance of mind that is free from the self of the two, is the power of things.

Since entering and so on are unreasonable, the two truths are equal. By refuting it with the conventional reason of difference, the self-mind is originally unborn. This means that it is not that it is unborn after the antidote is produced. It is only said that it is the nature of emptiness. That is to say, it is emptiness with only the supreme aspect. Based on things like body and mind, the immovable Bodhicitta is spoken of, from then on, and so on. The completely pure continuous tradition is uninterrupted, so it will not be exhausted, because it is indivisible, so like a vajra, entering into samadhi in an immovable state, and so on. These things are unborn, which means that the nature of moving and non-moving things are unborn by themselves. Because it itself holds the characteristics, there is no Dharma. Because there is no it, there is no Dharma-nature of it. Then is it not accidentally absent? Like the sky, without self, this means that the non-duality of the wisdom of the object is the principle of enlightenment, which is to show that, because it abides in just that way. The Bodhicitta of Ratnasambhava is spoken of, from then on, and so on. The aspect of equality between self and others is selflessness and indivisibility, so it is a vajra. For such a one, entering into samadhi in the form of Ratnasambhava, and so on. All dharmas are unreal, which means that dharmas such as the above, there is no reality called characteristics. Therefore, sever the characteristics of the Dharma, that is, sever the representations that can be grasped, called form, etc., because that is not that itself. As it is said, aggregates and other differences, the essence and the difference, the characteristics are not that itself, therefore that itself is free from characteristics. Selflessness and Dharma, etc., is to say that on the Bodhicitta of equality, everything arises, which is to show the Bodhicitta that abides in its nature. The Bodhicitta of Amitabha is spoken of, from then on, and so on. The completely pure discrimination of all dharmas is radiant. Because it is indivisible, it is a vajra, it is light.
