The phrase "གས་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་ནི། །" means that those with wisdom, according to the assembly ritual of the Tathagatas who have entered their own mandala, should transform themselves into the nature of their own heart mantra, just like wisdom and union. This means that those Tathagatas will bless you. As it is said in the scripture, (Tibetan) etc., has been mentioned. Then, recite the verses of enlightenment: (Tibetan) etc. After that, contemplate that being led by the heart vajra etc., becoming the nature of all victors, and becoming one with the form of wisdom, this is called near accomplishment. Therefore, this is what is to be accomplished, hence it is accomplishment, that is, the assembly of Buddhas. Because it dwells near its cause, it is near accomplishment. Here it is said that blessing the heart etc. is near accomplishment. In order to show the differences in the practice of the Tathagatas etc., it is said (Tibetan) etc. The so-called "seeing" is the characteristic of blessing. There are two types of practice: peaceful action and wrathful action. Among them, first, with peaceful action, one should closely enjoy all desires, therefore, one should diligently practice the practice of the Tathagatas for six months. Even so, if it still cannot be accomplished, then at this time, one should repeatedly perform the ritual as described before three times. If even with this, it does not show itself to the practitioner, and enlightenment is not achieved, then at this time, one should practice with the ritual of wrathful action as described in chapter ten etc. The ritual of wrathful action is described in chapter fourteen. Among them, in order to explain that the heart vajra etc. should be nailed with the wisdom-exhausting peg etc. related to that family, it is said (Tibetan) etc. The so-called vajra peg refers to the shape of a single-pointed spear below and the nature of skillful means and wisdom above. After that, it refers to the actions of subjugation etc. after the wrathful action.

It should also be done, it is said that it should be done. In the first chapter, the Samadhi called the Great Desire Practice, etc., all the Tathagatas manifest from the body of the Bhagavan as female forms. After that, in order to show that those female forms themselves should also be understood as having fully entered wisdom in the first chapter, having the wheel of wisdom of the Samadhi called the Great Desire Practice, perfectly gathering all the Buddhas, and transforming the nature of that perfect gathering into the forms of nine goddesses such as the eye, one should meditate on the self-nature of what is called "to be accomplished" being absorbed into self-awareness, as it is said: "With supreme desire, perfect immeasurable." etc. Now, in order to show the songs urged by the eye and others from the nectar of wisdom, and the Bhagavan serving with supreme acceptance, therefore, "perfect" etc. are said. "Perfect" means abiding in the manner of being surrounded by four corners. The Mandala of the Four Seals means the four goddesses such as the eye, which should be shown in that place. "Self abiding in the center" means that oneself abides in the center of the goddesses in the form of the moon melting. "All wheel-holders" means the Buddhas. "To be gathered" means to be meditated upon within oneself. After that, visualize everything as a vajra substance, visualize it as having the nature of Bodhi, and visualize those goddesses urging with this urging song. "Mind of the Vajra nature of the three times" means the mind of the Vajra nature of the past etc., like wisdom, it is the nature of the body similar to wisdom, and it should be visualized as the body of self-nature by means of skillful means and wisdom. In order to show that there will be various differences such as color in accordance with karma and conformity, therefore, "arrogance" etc. are said, meaning that the body color itself should have a slight difference.

“མས་ཀྱིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ” means that the mind is opened by the demeanor of the wrathful ones, etc. It means that the wrathful ones, etc., are clearly and manifestly visible both internally and externally. Although this is the case, one should contemplate its nature as being cool inside and burning outside. “དབང་བསྐུར་བས་ནི་རང་གི་རྒྱུ” means that empowerment is one's own cause, and it will distinguish the master of the lineage. It means that because it is located in the head, it will distinguish the cause. “འབྲས་བུ་ཆེ་བ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ” means that the fruit is also distinguished by the four modes of fruit. It means that the parts of those causes and fruits should be distinguished and established. “སྔགས་ཀྱིས་ཆོས་ནི་འབྱེད་གྱུར་ལ” means that one's own mantra distinguishes the Dharma, which is to generate one's own wisdom. Similarly, it is said that one's own deity uses one's own heart mantra, etc. “རིག་པ་ཡང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ” means that the Dharma seal is the wisdom vidyā, which distinguishes the vidyā. In the heart of wisdom, one conceives of the wisdom hero as a female form. Although this is the case, it eliminates the abiding in the male form. Therefore, in this way, from the part of skillful means, wisdom will become distinct. “གཙུག་ཏོར་མཉེས་པར་བྱ་བར་གྲགས” means that in order to show the meaning of the words such as the crown, the "wheel-turning king," etc., are spoken. The six Tathāgatas of the wheel-turning king are explained by the word "crown." “རྒྱལ་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ” means that because it is very beautiful, it is called the king. “ལོངས་སྤྱོད་བཞི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ” means the four, such as the eye, etc., which are called the vidyā queen. “རྡོ་རྗེའི་བདག་པོ་རྣམས” refers to the vajra of form, etc. It should be known that this is expressed by the word "all desires." Now, in order to show that all the empowerments of exhortation, etc., should be done by meditation itself as the supreme activity, and not by external means, therefore, “ཐམས་ཅད་བསམ་བསྟན་འཁོར་ལོ་ཡིས” etc. are spoken. Through this ultimate and supreme union of empowerment, in what way does the deity of the body, etc., that one wishes to manifest...
